Absolutely brilliant buy! Arrived on time, ordered Wed & arrived following Monday. Packaged brilliantly, like someone with ocd arranged it, everything labelled. Fantastic instructions & easy to assemble. Me, a woman & my 11 year old son put it up. Very sturdy & secure single bunk beds. Very happy. Thank you. X

After contacting the company to request a specific delivery date I was really happy that not only were they accommodating but the bed arrived on the requested day. I also received a phone call later that day to ensure the bed had arrived. The bed is very sturdy and had a few minor dents and scuffs which is to be expected. It looks really good and my girls love it. The only thing that wasn't great was the instructions. This took a lot of looking at and wasn't the clearest but eventually we got there. And it was well worth it seeing the look on my 6 and 3 yr old faces.

The bunk beds are very sturdy when finally assembled. The instructions are definitely clear and proved a challenge for the two people assembling them.......

My neighbour and I just about managed to put these together today. There were several issues: 1. Instructions were completely inaccurate. Many of the parts were incorrectly refferenced or not referenced at all. 2. There are 2 screw holes where the 2 beds are supposed to join together but no fixings were in the pack. We had to fashion these ourselves. 3. When screwing slats in place one of the side rails split almost to the point of no return. We managed to rectify this using some additional screws to secure the fault. Overall I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of these Bunk Beads.

The paintwork is quite poor quality especially in the base of the headboard slats..needs touching up. Instructions went the easiest to follow and the annoying thing is when u have them as single beds there are many holes for you to fill in as this is where the ladder would of been. Need wood filler and bit of paint. Homeward bounds were very good in sending me a new one when I was sent a wrong post. Wish I would of bought two single beds

I got the product two days ago and only put it up today... I started at 15:00 and finished at 22:16. Most of the time was taken up trying to work out the instructions - when people said in their reviews the instructions are poor, I thought they don't do much DIY. When I saw the instructions I knew what everyone was talking about. The letter next to each srew or part doesn't match - it tells you to put some screws aside but doesn't tell you when to screw them in. Now the bed is up, I think wow this bed is amazin

I contacted the seller to arrange a faster delivery and they were very helpful indeed. The instructions were difficult to follow, and it took longer than we anticipated, as we didn't want to damage any of the pieces. There were some localised scratches to the paint, but for the price this bunk bed is I cann't complain. The finished product looks really good. My kids love it. It is sturdy enough, my husband even had a nap the top bunk to try it.

Excellent bunk bed. Really sturdy and straightforward to put together. Managed most of it on my own but needed a hand to lift the top bunk into place. Delivery was excellent-ordered Monday night and they were here by midday Wednesday. Children love them. And the ladder doesn't seem to be an issue for them (age 3 & 5). The only issue is who sleeps on top!
