Seems to work well with an 11 inch flasher to prevent excess drag (and break off’s) when you have a big salmon attached.

It was missing a magnet

Using with pro troll flashers and they don’t spin well when using. Several times I have to jerk the rod to get it spinning again. OK, to be honest, I did not CUT the bearing swivel off the rear as suggested, I just byepassed it and clipped into the ring and let the swivel hang... I’ll sacrifice one flasher next Salmon season, cut off the nice bearing swivel and report back if it makes a significant improvement... I don’t see why it would?On the plus side, I did catch a fish while using it and it was less drag from the flasher being pulled inUPDATE: At the advice of several people I cut the rear bearing swivel. It does seem to run better, but they are delicate. When you let your line out you need to be careful that the wire doesn’t slip to the “fin side” of your flasher. When fighting a fish they are so much better.... all the rest of the time they are more of a hassle, but bearable. I did notice I need to bump up my speed about 0.2mph more to get flashers spinning well when using this. Increasing rating from 3 to 4.

This device was easy to attach to the flasher. Have not had a fish on it yet so can't say how it will work. Quality is very good so should work fine.

These things work awesome!!!! I use them for King Salmon fishing in WA State. It's nice that the release even when you hook a small shaker versus dragging it around all day. I will defiantly be using these on all my rods.

After use leader tangles badly no mater how many swivels. Good concept

Easy to install and work great on large flashers

I have used these in the past and they are great. Just replenishing my inventory of fishing gear.
