I am a professional fabricator, and I am so tired of using chopsaws on the ground. I bought this saw and the stand for it. I would suggest everyone buy the saw and the stand for it. It literally made me change my mind about building things because it’s so fun to use. I literally look forward to cutting now instead of dreading it because it’s so nice. Don’t cheap out, buy the stand as well you will not regret this. I use this saw to cut, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and wood. It has never let me down and increased my productivity so much that I can’t imagine life without it now. I emailed the company to find out if I could cut wood with the mile steel sawblade and they’re literally responded to me within five minutes. Great company great product.

I’ve been in the metal fabrication for almost 30 years and for the last 15 years we’ve had a makita and a scotchman chop saws in our shop but it was time to get something newAt first I was skeptical about the clamping system because with my old saws I can cut multiple bars at a time, and indeed the clamps are very small so it will take some getting used to it and find ways to make it work the way we like to cut but I would definitely recommend it

Really nice saw. Be prepared it’s VERY loud but cuts great. I’ve had a for awhile now. Blade is holding up just fine.Mostly I cut 1-1/2” sch 40 but I’ve fine square and flat. Cuts clean on all so far.The “chips” vote of hot but material stays cool.Buy a good magnet for clean up.

works well impressed with the cuts it makes and not hot. The first time using using one of these type saws. would recomend to others. Time will tell on the cuts and life of the blade.

I’ve had this for about 2 years now and this thing is amazing. As a hobbyist the speed, adjustability, ease of use, accuracy and efficiency of this saw has blown me away. I highly recommend this saw to anyone.

I like the idea, been looking for a long time for something that will both cut straight, and make an angle without going thru a bunch of gyrations, and this fits the bill. After about 40 cuts, I think I've pretty much tested it as much as necessary to form an opinion.1), cuts straight, and not sure about the blade it came with, I think the diablo blades cut faster, but they both make clean cuts and don't leave a lot of flash on the end. .2) Is accurate, and repeatable.3) the clamps.. Yes, they are there, and yes, they work, but they are sort of a pain to manage..4) This unit sprays chips, like everywhere, and a lot. 20 foot radius of the saw, every time, every cut. The operator needs a full face shield to use it, and time to clean up the mess.. Never seen anything like that, and I've been a welder / fabricator for over 40 years.. No, not expecting it to be as clean as a oil bath blade cold saw, but jeez..So it's nice,. in almost every way. I could nitpick things to death, but then everything has a downside or 4 so that's not constructive, and I won't. It's super expensive for what it is, but if you do a lot of angled cuts, or compound angles, then you'll definitely want this unit. If you're looking to make straight cuts only, then the extra money spent just wouldn't be worth it.

This saw is amazing! I was a little concerned when the box arrived badly damaged but luckily nothing was hurt. I tested this saw out on my latest project and it literally cut my time in half. Love this saw

It is amazing and well built. You might wanna go ahead and order the foldable cart with it, unless you plan on keeping it in one spot. I watched countless videos reviews and it paid off.
