Does what it says
I am on my feet from upwards of 13 hours a day so my feet get very achy and sore. These insoles have helped to reduce that, my feet still hurt but not as bad as they used to since wearing these insoles.The only issue is that the sizes are assigned to letters and they are in half sizes eg, 4.5, 5.5. I am a size 5 so I cut the letter assigned to size 5.5 and they ended up being too short for my shoe, so that confused me a bit.Overall though, I would buy again as they have helped reduce the aches and pains on my feet.

These insoles are a lifesaver if you are on your feet all day. They fit perfectly into work shoes, stay securely in place, and provide amazing cushioning that completely relieves heel and joint pain. Absolutely worth every penny!

Je dois porter des chaussures de sécurité inconfortables et je marche énormément (11km)Je trouve que les semelles d'origine de mes chaussures de sécurité m'échauffent toujours les pieds, c'est très désagréable et douloureux à la longue.J'avais déjà acheté ces semelles de scholl, mais je ne comprenais pas pourquoi j'avais moins bon dedans, en fait il faut les changer au bout d'un certain temps, tout dépend de votre poids et des km parcourus je suppose...Je les avais aux pieds depuis 1 an et là je sentais que ça commençait à être moins performant.J'ai donc acheté 2 paires pour avoir une de rechange quand il sera temps de les changer.Je trouve que ces semelles n'échauffent pas les pieds, je transpire beaucoup moins et le gel aide à amortir les talons à chaque pas.Le petit moins, j'aurai souhaité que l'avant du pied soit légèrement plus épais, certaines personnes sollicitent plus leurs talons, et d'autres, l'avant du pied comme moi.Cela dit, ce sont les meilleures semelles que j'ai pu trouver actuellement, elle me soulagent énormément !Je fais une pointure 40 et je n'ai pas eu besoin de les racourcir pour les placer dans les chaussures.Il y a le dessin d'un pied gauche ou droit au verso de la semelle pour les placer correctement dans vos chaussures.
