Great for easing cramp and digestion
Making it is easy 2level tea spoons and small amount boiling water, it fizzes away andOnce calmed down equal amount cold water-and drink. Not unpleasant y and cured my muscle cramps straight away and digestion issues, but does create wind!!!

I’ve really struggled with my sleep and tried many herbal and medicated options. I’ve never slept so well since taking this regularly

Very good product
I bought this for my nephew when he developed a tick and was very stressed. We gave him a quarter teaspoon for 2 weeks, every other day. Then reverted to magnesium foot spray. His tick was gone! Ticks are normally stress related in kids and kids with ADHD and their aweful medication/side effects. This product really helped my nephew.

Stops post running cramps
I was suffering really badly with foot, calf and shin cramps, particularly after running. Since I've been taking a teaspoon of this in the evening, I've not had any further issues at all. If you mix it with cold water, it tastes quite citrusy and also tends to give you a little bit of a grumbly stomach. If you do as it recommends on the label and add a splash of hot water, it doesn't really taste of anything much and you don't get any stomach isssues.

Dissolve in hot water first!
It’s much better when you dissolve in a small amount of warm to hot water as there was a lot of residue when I did it in cold. Really noticed my fatigue has lifted from taking it everyday. Really recommend upping your magnesium and this product

Seems fine
Seems fine. Remember to mix it with only a small amount of boiling hot water so the reaction can take place which creates the magnesium citrate....

Good protein powder
Happy with this product - not the best protein powder I've ever used, but very good overall.
