I have recently caught the silicone bug, buying silicone utensils and a cupcake tray. I always try and cook as much as I can for health and economical reasons and I'm trying to get back on the baking trail. The other day I made some pretzels which turned out great but the experience reminded me of the joys of sticky dough. I decided that there must be an easier way with a silicone product to help.To my surprise there are loads of silicon sheets available on Amazon, starting around a fiver upwards so what might be important when considering purchasing a sheet? I wanted something I could put on the worktop and use for kneading and rolling out the dough, but also to go in the oven. I found a few really nicely designed sheets but upon closer inspection these were really far too big for our oven trays.This product is ideal with 2 x A3 size sheets and 1 x A4 size sheet. These are ideal sizes for the worktop and also our oven. The design is very simple, they will either be in the drawer or oven so that doesn't really bother me. From the photos I couldn't see how thick these were but they are fairly sturdy. I wouldn't recommend sharp objects such as knives cutting on them though. The sheets as you can see from the photos attached are semi-transparent.As for their actual operation, no need to flour the base anymore when making dough even when sticky, and this also goes for placing in the oven such as pretzels and breadcakes. Food also comes out not stuck to the baking tray when used with the sheet. A great purchase and an essential for baking fans.

These are fairly robust and am sure they will last a long time. Saves a lot of hassle and great for stopping sticking to baking tins etc. Would recommend. I have one complaint in that the size does not quite fit standard baking trays other than that they are great.

Never sticks perfect for cookies etc. not so great for oily things but still usable just needs a wipe before washing. Used quite a few times now still looks good as new. When cleaning soaking in boiling water after soap seems to do the trick

Glad someone told me about these. Have been great so far. I’m a fan of reusable things and they are keeping clean (just saw my husband has put it in the dishwasher and thought I better snap and write a review haha)
