Unfortunately nothing grewfor me , probably too cold in my house

Got these seeds for “Himalayan Blue Poppies” from Amazon through a British supplier. After months of anticipation and preparations of the seeds from safe storage, germination and planting of the seedlings, it seems that the seeds were from ordinary poppy stock rather than the claimed exotic variety as mentioned in the description of the product and the accompanying photograph! If this is their business strategy then I wish them “best of luck”.

Arrived early and very well packaged. The seeds look healthy and I cannot wait to plant them in the Spring. They even included a little extra bag of Safflower seeds as a gift.

Purchased a packet of poppy seeds but there were no potting instructions included.

It would be a very nice flower, if it wasn't so hard to grow.I did manage to grow it last year, planting it straight from the packet about this time, but it took a few months to come through and when it did a mouse chewed the heads off.Tried to grow more about March.... Not been able to grow it since so just chucked the earth from the seed tray onto the garden. However, I decided to purchase some more seeds a few weeks ago which are in a seed tray greenhouse as we speak, and a few other seeds in the fridge which some websites suggest, so fingers crossed we may grow some this time.

I believe I submitted a fair and honest review, but Amizon didn't like it, not within the rules apparently.This product did not meet my expectations. I ordered Hyimilayan Blue Poppie seeds, only to find after months of carefully growing them they all turned out to be red poppies. I have had a full refund so that is not an issue. I just want to inform other customers of my experience.

Gepflanzt nach Pflanzanleitung aber kein blauer Mohn aufgegangen.

Nachdem aus den Samen nun endlich Mohnblumen geworden sind musste ich leider feststellen, dasses sich nicht, wie bestellt um den blauen Himalaya-Mohn handelt sondern normaler roter Mohn geliefert wurde.Ich bin wirklich extrem enttäuscht.
