Excellent taste and solubility. Just understand what you are buying and you won't be disappointed.
I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Once you have worked with other similar products, with the same goals in mind, you get why this is superior. People complain about the solubility: you have to do it right. They complain about the taste: you have to understand what this is and what it is not. IOW, understand what you are buying before buying and leaving a review. This product is about the finest example you're going to get of a powdered dairy cream. It tastes great, and if you read the instructions, it dissolves just fine. They did it. Finally. Stop whining and enjoy.

Very disappointed, tasted weird and will throw away, waste of money.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because it was organic and labelled as Heavy Cream and non GMO. Taste:The taste seemed off. It did not taste like cream to me. It was a strong taste that was not pleasant. My boyfriend did not like it either so I will just throw it away I am very disappointed. This was a waste of money in my opinion.

Taste is good.
The taste is really good, however, the company has a long way to go regarding texture. Even with whisking or using hot/cold water, mini-lumps remain. Having said that, they do mention the product is supposed to be used for baking rather than anything else. This is true, so you can use it perfectly well for baking scones, for example. If you want to whip fresh cream, then buy fresh cream. If you need a product that is shelf-ready, this is fine as it will "keep."

Excellent creamer.
The taste is 100% better than other commercial powdered creamers . The only ingredient is milk. The other ( commercial creamers ) have numerous unhealthy ingredients. I highly recommend this product.

Creamy and easy!
I bought this and their whole milk for camping and its a privilege to be able to have organic milk and cream in the backcountry. Its doesn't dissolve super easy - you have to shake vigrously -spoon stir doesn't really do it. Flavor is very good. Grateful for this.

Stays chunky
Would not stir in. I bought it to have at camp this summer. The smell is slightly sour. Flavor is ok except it remains chunky in hot coffee no matter how long I stir it, and I could not bring a blender to camp!
