Can you use the keyboard with a different case on (otterbox)?

To answer your question as accurately as possible, it depends. The item you are asking about has two pieces to it. When it is put on the iPad itself, it almost acts like a case. The first piece magnetically attaches to the back of the iPad to act as a stand at a couple different angles. The second piece, which is the actual keyboard attaches to some magnets on the side of the iPad and closes over the screen when not in use. If you do not plan on using the back piece & the case you want to use has a spot that allows you to access the magnets to attach the keyboard, you might be fine.
