I’ve been using it semi regularly and it works great! If I start having any issues I’ll definitely update my review. But im happy so far, so I hope nothing goes wrong.

This is a perfect replacement battery for the 3ds. Installing it was super easy and now I can enjoy my beloved 3ds for many more years, as the battery now lasts far longer.

New 3DS XLMy previous battery was 1750mA, this one is 1900mA. You also get a mini screwdriver. I ordered two incase these are no longer available.My previous battery lasted less than 2 years. Now it charges quickly, only gives about 90 minutes of use, and then dies at 50%.Highly recommended replacement battery for Nintendo 3DS.

The first battery makes the 3DS XL suddenly lost power in the middle of operation. After the replacement, it works very well as original battery. No more power lost condition. Guess the first one is defected. So far so good!

Product as described and works well

The battery works great. The extra power of this battery makes my 3ds work longer than before. My old battery was puffing up and dying really quickly so I knew it was time to replace the battery. It works. It says discharge and charge fully three times to get the full effect. I'm on my 2nd recharge and it is not close to dying yet, so the battery is working great.

My DS battery expanded so much that it nearly cracked the case. This replacement comes with a screwdriver, so you don't even need to provide your own tools. It was very easy to replace -- so easy that I wish I had bought it sooner.

First off, this battery claims 2000mah, while the stock battery is 1300mah. I ran Battery Mark on a Homebrew 3DS, and got 3h 30 minutes, which is only slightly higher than average over the stock battery shown in other benchmark results, usually around 3h 10min to 3h 25min. I haven't found a way to check the reported mah of a battery, I'm pretty sure this one would read 1300mah.Also, the screwdriver is garbage, which is to be expected from cheap tools, but this one didn't even last long enough to unscrew and reinstall the back cover.Because of both these issues I can only give it 3 stars. Time will tell how long the battery lasts, so this review may be updated in the future.
