Works well on wood. Says suitable for steel, but wore out after first hole.

Only needed to countersink a dozen screws in sheet stainless steel (couple of mil. thick) which it handled effortlessly. Beyond that and longevity I can't say but did what I needed it for and it doesn't look like I've even used it so should be good for future use.

It works, not expensive but not quite as sharp you'd expect a Bosch to be.

Excellent basic power drill reamer which will clean up copper and aluminium holes etc. Probably OK on steel too though it will get blunt more quickly and will need some work with a stone to re-sharpen, I would imagine.

Always choose Bosch for quality and performance other brands don’t match them

I have tried using this countersink to countersink some holes in stainless steel, as you can see from the attached photograph the cutting edges of the countersink have completely failed. I am a carpenter/joiner with 44 experience this is a very disappointing Bosch product.

Abocarda tanto madera como hierro.

Utilisé dans des bois tendres (résineux), le trou n'est pas parfaitement conique.Ca coupe bien pourtant mais pour cet usage (dans le bout) je ne recommanderais pas.(Dans du métal ou d'autres matériaux ca reste à voir)

Usato su ottone, fa il suo lavoro senza problemi.

Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gute Qualität zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wenn der irgendwann mal den Geist aufgibt dann würde ich mir den gleichen nochmal holen. Könnte aber einige Zeit dauern.
