Water On off, pressure up and down knob, and even a filtration filter. Game changer showering in my rig . I would definitely recommend buying this unit.

You get what you pay for
I couldn't believe how dirty the filter got. It actually cleans the water. It's made out of very cheap material. And you need to purchase the hose and the holder that Amazon suggests. I didn't buy the holder I did buy the hose but not the holder, because my holder looked just like the one they suggested, and of course the shower head does not fit the holder properly.
