Great book for records
The media could not be loaded. Great book. Good size . Easy to use and very well thought. Good qualityCon :Could have included multiple results page as it could be great in recording and storing measurements over time and periodically . Instead of just 1 page . I would say should have atleast 3-4 results page

Black one was fine but Grey one was missing 'Calendar' and 'Results' pages

Great quality journal
This is a good quality journal, not flimsy or delectate so can defiantly take this to the gym. The layout is great and easy to read/understand.
