Lasts MUCH longer than expected
UPDATE March 2025: I bought this in March 2023 and wrote this review a few weeks later. As it turned out I didn't need to use very much of it and the syringe, properly closed with the cap, lay in a cupboard in my home office for eighteen months. Out of curiosity, I tried it the other week and rather to my surprise it was still easy to squeeze out from the syringe and still makes perfectly good soldered joints. I have never refrigerated it. Whilst as ever your mileage may vary, it does seem much longer lasting that usual for this type of material and isn't quite as particular about storage as one might expect. This is fairly good solder mixed with a lot of flux.I must say that "no clean" is a little optimistic given the large amounts of flux. The flux cannot be cleaned off with water so you may wish to buy a suitable cleaner / flux remover. Otherwise, it does the job well. You need very little of the paste to make a sound joint on SMD devices. Accordingly the syringe full will last quite some time for hobby use. On that, I would say that I bought this at the end of January and now, eight weeks later, it is still perfectly usable despite never seeing the inside of a refrigerator. Kept in an coolish room (20 degrees), it has lasted well. Whether that would also apply during a hot summer is another question. However, if you are able to refrigerate it and extend its life I suggest you do so.Overall, good value even if you do end up throwing half of it away. If you're soldering SMD components, you really do need paste rather than wire solder, so the options are limited.

Used to repair a couple of surface mount boards in High end audio devices. No problme at all
I kept this in the fridge from new and leave it out to reach room temp, I have had no issues at all with applying it; the supplied needle could arguably be a slightly smaller bore, but with a delicate touch, it applies without too many issues. I clean the paste from the needle after use by heating the needle with a hot iron and using a solder pump; not sure if this is necessary, but it works well and ensures I have no issues next time.

Excellent surface mount solder paste at a very good price but you may need a narrower nozzle.
This solder paste is excellent - needs keeping in the fridge like they all do but does the job. My only criticism is that the nozzle is too wide for chips with really narrow pin spacing as you end up with too much solder paste which leads to getting it under the chip legs and causing short circuits. From years of experience I find that the best way to solder surface mount chips is to put a very thin line of solder paste across the outer ends of the PCB pads only. After finding this nozzle too large but managing to get there I found I already had some finer sample nozzles from EFD! However I see on Amazon the Chip Quick solder paste does have a narrow nozzle but costs twice as much. If you do lots of surface mounting get one of these as well for the nozzle!!

Easily the best solder for PCBs, use nothing else
Solder like a pro, just do the prep right and touch a hot iron to it. Use sparingly..

Perfect if normal solder becomes a difficulty
I've always struggled to use normal solder, but recently found myself in the middle of a project where I needed to solder 1.5x1.5mm LEDs onto a circuit board. This stuff is ten times easier to use. People recommend a "hot air solder", but I managed fine by just holding a regular soldering iron up to the paste. I will not be going back to normal solder. Make sure you put it in the fridge as other reviews mentioned

Works, but no needle included!
Solder paste works well. Pretty fair tradeoff between tackiness (to keep the component on the pad) and fluidity (to escape whatever application tool you're using and get onto the pad). Only problem: no needle included! Had to drill a hole through the end cap and use that for dispensing.

Does what it says on the tin !
Used to fit some SMD 0402 resistors. Works pp erfectly and low temp melting point an asset.

Works well, good alternative
Worked well, never used this before and a nice alternative to using traditional solder.I am just a novice so pros might disagree but worked well for me.
