I LOVE this hat!!It arrived in a protective plastic zip-lock bag. The outer is lovely thick wool, colours are very true to the pictures, lovely quality. The inside is incredibly soft, almost fur-like lining. It's so warm and so soft!! The size is very generous too. So happy, I think I'll buy another one!! 😁
