Beneficial for anyone with a overactive thyroid.
I started taking this supplement to help with the symptoms of my overactive thyroid. Had felt unwell for a year and taking the antithyroid medications are bad for my liver and really not great. But taking acetyl l-carnitine was amazing and I combined it with NAC to help with anxiety.The alc is very strong at blocking thyroid hormones getting into cells and causing symptoms but it's too good that I have gone from being underweight to a very curvy version with 5lbs too much on my bones. But it just goes to show how a supplement can do more good and no harm like the medications of the dark ages that Dr push. I'm a bit chubbier but feel 90% better.
