Easy to use & good value
Easy to use, simply warm up in microwave and it’s good to go. I didn’t realise you can also freeze which is great. I have 2 of these for a back injury and bought this one for my mum who is also very happy.

Quite small.
It is quite small- smaller than I expected. I would have liked a little longer, so it stays in place. I needed it for my neck which is always painful. It is thick enough and can be warmed up in microwave. Keeps its warmth well.
