Great quality line works fantastic in my auto feed cordless black and decker strimmer, I do six gardens on my little run and only change this once per summer so it's amazing value once it's in it's in I never need to mess about with it.. Ever

Happy with the price and also the item. I had bought one from another (unnamed!) online retailer and it hadn’t lasted more than a few minutes before it untangled. I am already through half of the spool and it has done the job nicely. Wish I had bought another cheaper on one of the Amazon Prime days recently but would still buy again at this price. Update: just got through the full spool and am buying again!

Its a lot more expensive than some of the other non brand ones, however it does seem to last longer than those ones though. It could be false economy to purchase the more cheap ones.

Too tight a fit onto the shaft
The spool is too tight a fit onto the shaft with the result that the self-advancing line won't work. I needed to take over ten minutes to find a round file of the right diameter and to increase the bore in order that it would spin, fairly easily, around the greased shaft. Beware. An odd mistake I feel on B&D's part. It now works fine.
