Wow!
I am an insomniac and have tried various bedtime teas to help me sleep. Some work reasonably well and others not so much. Most of them do however, have one thing in common - they smell nasty and taste vile to the point where I call my valerian teas "smelly sock tea".This one is different, the valerian is not overpowering in smell or taste, and the other botanicals make it very effective. It works and it is delicious - I have finally found the Holy Grail of sleep inducing teas, happy days! (and nights)

Magic in a mug.
A tea made by Hypnos himself, pretty much guaran-teas a good night sleep. So happy i found these purchasable in bulk!! They make for a great little gift in part of a hamper or gift bag too.

It seems effective
It seems effective. After just a week, I’m not sure if I can tell this tea is a placebo effect or it really works, but the truth is it makes me fall asleep much earlier than before and I have a really good night. I’d recommend it.It has a strong cinnamon smell though. if you don’t like cinnamon, I wouldn’t recommend but it.
