I could feel the effect before doing outdoor activity. Didn't realize it contained caffeine which I don't need being older. Probably suitable for some people if you want a boost.

I ordered two of these Nitric Oxide bottles from Germany. Received them in good shape. The only problem in the whole configuration was the British Royal Mail. It took it's Tea time speed. In other words It is better than never.

Amazing Pump.
As someone who is trained for over 15 years and has taken many a supplement this provided a really good bump in the in the gym and of course pump that came with insane.I know it says to take two but maybe try one just to see how your body reacts, especially when going heavy.
