Took quite a while to arrive but that's to be expected just now. It's basically a pen, like a marker pen, full of paint. I have very 90s wardrobe doors but can't justify buying new ones so thought I'd spruce them up a bit by painting the plastic gold bits. Even although this pen says it works on all surfaces, I didn't think it would take so well. Very easy to use, basically just like a pen. Really can't complain at all. I've attached photos of the before and after, although I can't see to turn the after photo the right way. I also discovered that if you make a mistake, like I did when I got a fright and jerked the pen onto the actual warbrobe, nail varnish remover and Cif gets rid of the mistakes.Really impressed with this, to the point I'm walking round the house looking to see if anything else needs painted black.

I don't usually add pictures to my reviews but I have been blown away by this. I recently had 5 new black doors fitted in my home, but they needed to be planed on the edges to fit. That meant black doors with brown edges. I have been putting off taking them off and painting the edges as it felt like a lot of work, which would include removing handles to get a good cut in around the latches and hinges. I saw a black marker pen lying around and coloured in a bit of the brown and it looked ok so i thought i'd give that a go. While looking for more markers on here, I saw this paint pen. I only bought one as i didn't want to waste money buying several if they did not work. The one I bought made a fantastic job of the door edges, as you can see from the pictures. It left a very dense black colour which matched the doors perfectly. Unfortunately, it only lasted for three and a half doors (which I completed in less time than it would have taken me just to take the doors off the hinges), so I'm now just about to buy another of the great little pens to finish them off.

This marker is great for the price although the paint leaves a very strong smell that gave me a head ach

Excellent, used it to fix up my cooker front. the cooker itself is still in great condition,but the front had worn away in some places to the metal. The paint was a fortune, as I only needed a small amount,wasn't sure if this would work.It's now been on for two weeks we use our oven every day, it looks like new. I have have also ordered it in white too,so i can touch up around my windows.

Had worn black paint on 7 internal wooden door steps between each bedroom upstairs and also between toilets. Carpets recently cleaned, so did not fancy using brush in case of staining. This marker pen did job extremely satisfactorily. Much more precise than a brush. I must also take some credit for 'thinking outside the box' in using a novel approach!

Very strong odour so couldn’t be used on a child’s plastic lunch box or bottle

Bought to recolour the rear light lens on my 1991 vw scirocco.Very good finish, and the light lens looks brand new again.Saves faffing around with black tape.
