Vinyl Passion Dust Buster

This product is a little pricy, but it’s so easy and effective to use it is worth the cost. It’s also long lasting.This product safely removes any fluff which may have accumulated on your stylus and leaves no residue. All you need to do is lower your tonearm and let the stylus sit in the goo for a moment and then raise it again. There is no risk of bumping or twisting your stylus or cantilever. Brushes can impose the risk of damage and aren’t as effective as the Dust Buster.If you have nice equipment and an expensive stylus this is an essential item, especially if you buy used records. This leaves your stylus spotless time after time. This is my second Dust Buster, my first one lasted me 9 years so definitely good value.

Excellent product, works a treat and is better than dragging a brush across the stylus. Would definitely recommend buying.

It works well and takes most of the dirt off, but be careful and look at the top of your needle as it can push some of the dirt to the top so over time, you may get a build up of dirt but a stylus brush will get rid of that.

Does the job intended but quite expensive.

THE VINYL PASSION DUST BUSTERWhen CD's arrived in the 1980's , I got rid of all my Vinyl Records which I now regret bitterly. So now in December 2018, in spite of having many 100's of CD's which i love, I have gone mad again and bought a new Rega Planar P2 Turntable and a handful of Vinyl LP’s, I remember that in the 80’s, cleaning a very delicate and expensive stylus was always a very tricky procedure, so when I saw this new technology involving a pot of gel to clean my stylus, I was sceptical at first but have now bought a pot of Dust Buster.I have to say that I think that the Vinyl Passion Dust Buster is a great innovation that does a great job in cleaning the stylus and is very efficient at removing fine particles of dust from the stylus tip, unlike other methods of cleaning. The one slight criticism I have is that the instructions say the ‘pot of gel should be at the same height as the record’. This can’t be achieved on the Rega Planar 2 because the platter is too high and the plinth is too low for the stylus to be laid onto the gel without doing some ‘creative engineering’ first. My solution is to Blue-tack the Gel Pot onto a stack of ten 25mm dia. washers which have been super-glued together. By doing this the Gel will be at the same height as a record on the platter of the Rega Planar P2. Other Turntables will need more or less washers to achieve the right height of the Gel Pot.See Photo.Highly Recommended.

This is an excellent stylus cleaner that just works. I have always bought this since Vinyl Passion owned the product. It is still the same quality product but marketed by a different Company. Highly recommended.

I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I felt I had too. This product is absolutely excellent and is the most effective record stylus cleaning technique I have used to date. I have always found other methods such as dry cleaning with a brush good, but they have never completely cleaned all the gunk off the stylus. This can affect sound quality considerably and can shorten the life of your stylus. This product removes every last bit of dirt from the stylus, and it really shows in the sound quality of my records, they sound so much better! They sound cleaner and much more crisp. Also, since it is a soft surface and is non abrasive, I am hoping my stylus will last longer too. Highly recommended!

Before now and for the last 18 months since buying a turntable I have been using a little brush to clean my stylus. It always bothered me a little that I was using a brush that despite my best efforts was always covered in dust. After using the brush I could always see stuff on the stylus still, but I just could not get it off at all! I stumbled across this product (the dust buster polymer gel) and the reviews convinced me to order one immediately. I LOVE it, I've only used it a few times so far but it's quick and easy to use and when I have used it the stylus/needle has come away with no visible 'bits' on it. Highly recommended!

Sehr einfach und sehr effektiv

Ho acquistato questo prodotto grazie alla recensione di un acquirente e dopo essermi andato a leggere l'articolo su TNT audio. Possedendo diversi vinili d'epoca diventa fondamentale riuscire a pulire la puntina in maniera perfetta e senza rischiare di romperla. Ho provato subito l'oggetto in questione e devo dire di essere stato molto soddisfatto del risultato. Alla vista lo stilo era perfettamente pulito, ma la prova decisiva è stata l'ascolto di alcuni dischi. Inutile dire che ascoltare con uno stilo ben pulito migliora la qualità del suono in modo udibile. Un oggetto che mi sento di consigliare a tutti gli amanti del vinile visto anche il prezzo irrisorio. Eccellente anche il servizio di spedizione.

Il prodotto riporta informazioni in lingua inglese. Svolge la pulizia in modo semplice ed efficace. La testina ha una resa più definita sul rumore di fondo del disco e sul medio alto che risulta più dettagliato.Ho controllato la puntina prima e dopo il trattamento è sinceramente ho notato una differenza nella pulizia dello stilo che appare molto più pulito che con il solito pennellino in setola.Ottimo.

Für eine schnelle Reinigung der Nadel einfach genial, ich nutze den Dust Buster immer bevor die Nadel die Platte berühren darf und bin auch über längere Zeit sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

hij is vrij klein ik had hem iets groter verwacht aan de hand van de foto maar ik heb hem iets opgehoogd met een rubber dopje zodat hij wat hoger komt anders haalde de arm met de naald het niet pro-ject carbon dc de lift van de pro-ject is vrij klein misschien dat andere merken er geen last van hebben
