A fun, educational and informative item which surpasses being just a toy!s
The globe was a great 'hit' with my four year old grandson. The colour-coded slot-in names for each Continent really caught his fascination, in addition to actually placing the Continents themselves onto the globe. The informative stickers and Ocean names also added fun as well as learning. An excellent, educational item which I would fully recommend.

Not exact but great starter
My son really enjoys this. It's definitely a starter way of learning about the countries as they aren't quite in the right places, but it's getting him familiar with it in a fun way

Satisfactory
My son likes it and he quickly learnt the names of all Continents. Bit pricey. I think paid more than its worth.

Pieces missing
Ordered this for my daughters birthday and when she opened it all the puzzle pieces were missing! Only the globe in the box. She was very upset! The actual globe was very flimsy and thin plastic. Will not be ordering again.

Good introduction to geography but limited longevity
The 'Learning Resources Puzzle Globe' is a good early learning introduction to the globe for little ones aged between 2 and 4 year olds. The set is comprised of six robust and colourful continental pieces which each have a seperate label. Every continent also features pictures of famous landmarks and animals, like the Pyramids, Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower and even a lovable Koala. In putting together the whole ‘puzzle’ children have the opportunity to develop their fine motor skills and problem solving; matching colours and shapes, while being introduced to basic geography. However, the puzzle is fairly easy to assemble and my three year old nephew already has it mastered after just a few days. Given the globe only has six pieces and limited replayability, I think the price (£25.99) is a little high and fills a very small learning window.
