this product supports thyroid function it is a brilliant supplement . it has only essential amino acids no nasty additives .I am subscribing so that I don't run out . I feel I have hope regarding my energy levels my weight my recovery after exercise and my muscle tone . I have been on levothyroxine for over 20 years .I feel like my old self for the first time since I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid 20 years ago .I looked at lots of different brands ,when I watched the video and heard how passionate the owner of the company was to produce a supplement that was pure I was really impressed . The tablets are quite large so I chew them with a glass of water .No side effects .the product contains all the EAA . I have my energy back for the first time in 20 years .Thank you

These are very well formulated Essential Amino Acid Tablets with nothing added to them. I have used several LLS brand supplements and I can clearly see that they provide very high quality supplements. These are great to supplement for your protein needs. I am predominantly plant based so this is helpful for me to get Essential Amino Acids without having to have very large amounts of protein shakes. They are great for recovery from workouts and supported my body well. What I really like is that there is nothing else added which means I am not putting in anything nasty in my body. The key practical things you would need to consider: - The Tablets are large so may not be easy to swallow for everyone. (Also swallowing 5-10 tablets may not be to everyone's liking) - Since they don't have a coating then again this does not always make it easy to swallow and you would get some bitter taste when it touches your tongue - Since there is no coating over time the tablets can start disintegrating slowly over time which means you will have powder in the bottle and it can get messy The above would not be an issue if it has a coating and something binding it together but that means adding something that would not be good for you. I appreciate that LLS are not using a coating as I don't want any additional nasties in this. The alternative if you did not want the above is to have their flavoured Essential Aminos drink which is an a Apple and Kiwi flavoured powder you mix with water For me the tablets work well and I just work with the practicalities of them but I also use the flavoured Aminos. I continue to trust this brand.

One of the if not THE only EAAs I found that come in tablets instead of flavoured powders, it's amazing! I highly recommend, I definitely noticed recovery is better and I also take it first thing in the morning before having a fasted run, I will definitely be a repeated buyer and keep using it!

These Essential Amino Acids are a great addition to my supplement routine. They contain all 9 EAAs plus BCAAs, helping with muscle recovery and growth. The tablets are easy to take, and I’ve noticed better endurance and less soreness after workouts. Plus, they’re vegan-friendly, which is a big bonus.

This is my first purchase of EAA's and I will need to be taking them consistently for at least a couple of months before I can say with confidence if they are effective or not. For context, I am taking them because I want to gain lean weight while on an intermittent fast. With that said, here are the pros and cons so far: PROS: I was surprised at an immediate improvement in my training - I've gone from 13 bodyweight dips to 16 in a few days, having been stuck on 13 for a year. I'm now doing weighted dips for the first time. I've also seen a more modest, but still surprising, improvement in my chin-ups. Value for money - cost/quality balance seems to be optimal from the limited research I have done. CONS: Taste - other reviews say these taste better than the alternatives and I'll take their word for it but you won't be swallowing them for pleasure! I'm unclear on dosage. My aim is to make up the gap between my protein intake and my protein need in order to achieve a modest increase in lean muscle weight (I'm not body building but I do want to put on a few pounds). It is not clear whether taking ten of these tablets (ten grams of EAA) will make up for a shortfall of ten grams of protein in my diet. I've asked the question but no response so far. I will update the review after I have taken a two month supply if I have any further observations then.

These are a good source of Amino's but even at 10 daily tablets which is the recommended daily intake its still not enough for vegans or vegetarians for l-tryptophan, recommended daily is at a between 250mg - 1000mg daily, plus its not competitive on price compared to other brands

The only thing better than Love Life's products is their customer service! I had a problem with international shipping and Richard promptly stepped in and made an very kind gesture to get things sorted and really helped me out. Companies with customer service like this are rare nowadays. I cannot recommend this company enough and fully believe in their mission. I've been taking both the EAA's and Creatine with great success for years. 5+++ Stars all the way!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Supplement, das alle essentiellen Aminosäuren (EAAs) enthält. Die EAA Tabletten von LLS waren besonders vielversprechend, da sie ein gutes Aminosäure-Verhältnis aufweisen und da ich schon öfter gute Erfahrungen mit der Firma bezüglich Qualität und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gemacht habe. So auch hier. Durch die Einnahme der EAAs nach dem Training und auch an Ruhetagen wird die Regeneration der Muskeln spürbar beschleunigt, Muskelkater hält nichtmal ansatzweise so lange an wie ohne EAAs. Auch der Muskelaufbau wird - wenn man sich zusätzlich noch richtig ernährt und trainiert - gut durch das Produkt unterstützt, da eben alle Aminosäuren enthalten sind, die der Körper nicht selbst produzieren kann, aber unbedingt zur Herstellung von Proteinen und letztendlich zum Aufbau von Muskeln benötigt. Viele Sportler, die lange nur auf BCAAs geschworen haben, nehmen jetzt daher EAAs als sinnvolleres Supplement zum Muskelaufbau, und dieses Präparat enthält sogar zusätzlich BCAA's, sodass Sportler hier wirklich nichts falsch machen können. Mir war beim Kauf besonders wichtig, dass die Tabletten keine Zusatzstoffe enthalten, sondern einfach nur 100% EAA's. Auch dieses Kriterium ist hier erfüllt, leider ist das heute alles andere als selbstverständlich, daher ein klarer Pluspunkt für den Hersteller. Und das Beste: die Tabletten haben im Gegensatz zu den Aminos anderer Marken eine etwas kompaktere Form mit glatterer Oberfläche und sind dadurch sehr angenehm zu schlucken. Mit anderen Aminosäuretabletten hatte ich immer sehr zu kämpfen bei der Einnahme. Auch die Menge zu dem Preis ist völlig in Ordnung. Wie gewohnt gute Qualität, gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswertes EAA Produkt, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Per arrivare a non cambiare prodotto vuol dire che lo ritengo davvero valido. Con questi aminoacidi ho finlmente risolto il problema dei fastidiosi crampi mentre nuoto. Assunti appena prima di entrare in acqua, secondo le giuste dosi in basse al peso corporeo, non ci sono più problemi. Non sono esperto ma ho provato nel tempo anche aminoacidi "non così dichiaratmente" di origine vegetale. Questi, al tatto e alla vista, sembrano molto semplici e "grezzi". Si sciolgono rapidamente se non li mandi giù in fretta. La sensazione di essere meno chimici rispetto ad altre marche da supermercato c'è tutta. In sintesi, li consiglio. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo!!!!

Amminoacidi funzionanti riduce la stanchezza dei muscoli usando dopo una attività fisica intesa. I compressi sono facilmente che attacca sulla cola mentre assumi , si deve fare molto attenzioni, io vi consiglio di masticare un po poi accompagnando con acqua si manda giù il compresso, così non si rischia di essere "intasata" nella cola.
