Best mask I’ve ever tried!
I got the 2 strap with nose baffle. Fulfilled by Amazon, sold by Alaska Bear. It is so very soft & extremely comfortable now that I’ve cut the bottom strap off! I tried their 1 strap version but I found the placement of the strap pulled the mask too tightly across my eyes. The placement of the top strap on this is perfect for me. The strap is thin & really comfortable, I don’t know it’s there. ( I part & lift up hair as if I’m going to do a small half pony, then I put the strap under there & it stays put. Also has the benefit of not giving you ‘mask strap hair’ in the morning ;-) The clasps are plenty strong enough, I’ve no idea what on earth happened to the poor persons mask where it is pictured broken in a review, I can only assume it was either faulty, or said person went a few rounds with Mike Tyson in their sleep! Either way, on my mask they are small but strong ... let’s just say if they managed to sustain enough trauma to break whilst I was wearing it I would be more worried about the state of my head than my mask!! So far my head, and mask is fine, they don’t dig in- can’t feel them at all. I was worried it would be too warm as I get migraines and generally need cool for those. But mostly this is fine. If I need it cooler with a headache I just put a koolpak on my forehead over top for a while, or lay one on the pillow if on my side. That trick works well in the summer too. If you can see light underneath it just scrunch the nose baffle up & under a bit more to fill in the gaps. ... someone commented that the flap covered their nose and interfered with breathing.... I am, in a word, baffled, (pun intended) It goes up and under, not down, it is to cut out light, not oxygen, dear! Cutting the bottom strap off does mean you need to readjust from time to time as you stir & turn, but I’ve never met a mask that didn’t need this. I’m a side and back sleeper so Every mask shifts, because I shift! But this one is soooooooooooooo comfy! And such a good price point too! I now have backups so I can wash them & still wear while It’s drying!

Very comfortable eye mask
Most comfortable eye mask I've found so far - it's soft and washes well. It blocks out light effectively thanks to the piece of fabric that goes over the nose. The 2 straps are not heavy, unobtrusive and help it to stay in place without annoying the ears.

Good quality, does what it says on the tin
I do not sleep well at night and thought this may help. When I saw the product description and read the reviews I thought I was onto a winner. I could see this was a mid-priced item. Having read the reviews i decided to purchase. It didn't disappoint. Made from lightweight materials and having two straps to prevent friction on your ears it seemed ideal. I wore it that night. The easily adjustable straps are a good idea, you can put one above your ears and one below. The little piece of material that supposedly goes around the top of your nose to prevent light seeping through was okay. I feel claustrophobic easily, but this was okay. The mask itself seemed huge, but when I put it on I realised it had to be; it covers from the top of my forehead to the bottom of my nose, and the nose piece supposedly fits across to block light from underneath. It didn't work 100% but did a fairly decent job. I do sleep better now so the little flaws are irrelevant to me. Nice soft material and decent length straps. Expensive compared to some but you get what you pay for in this case. Hence the four stars rather than five.

Works well as a front sleeper
This is the best sleeping mask i've used. It blocks out light very effectively allowing me to get better sleep during the summer months. The silk material is very comfortable on my face and the double straps which i prefer to have pretty tight means it doesn't come off my face while i sleep. I have bought another for my girlfriend and she loves it too, very good product for just £16.

The absolute best I have tried (and I have tried a lot!)
The absolute best sleep mask I have ever used! I got the 2 strap option, and fully recommend it to anyone that wants to block out the light but finds sleep masks uncomfortable, or not fit for purpose. This mask is lovely and big so no light gets in around the edges, the fabric is lovely and soft so it doesn't irritate your skin or rub or feel uncomfortable. And the elastic straps are perfect! High quality and strong, but still soft. They are adjustable so you can have the mask as tight or loose as you prefer. The best thing for me, however, is the positioning of the straps. I hate masks that have one thick strap, as I can never find a comfortable position for the strap that will keep the mask in place without hurting my ears. And as I like to have the straps quite tight, a single strap usually pulls across the front of the mask, putting pressure on my eyes. These two straps, however, are perfectly positioned to go above and below your ears, not squashing them at all, and keeping the mask firmly in place without pulling across the front of it. It doesn't budge at all during the night, and you can totally forget it's there. As already mentioned, the elastic is soft and great quality, so won't snap or loosen in a few days like most of the cheaper 2 strap masks do. I usually find a nose baffle really irritating, and always found that they never fit properly or really did all that much. But this one is great, it's a decent size, and covers all around your nose without squashing it, and doesn't flap around and tickle your nose either! I think the size of the mask itself helps with this. Without getting a mask that's totally molded to your face and sealed all around, you will never stop every single speck of light coming in underneath your nose, but this mask is the best I have tried at blocking out 99%. A couple of people have mentioned that this is a more expensive mask, but to be honest I was spending so much money replacing masks nearly every month because they lost their shape, or the elastic went, or they were just plain useless, that £8 for a quality mask that seems like it will really last is an absolute bargain! I bought a £20 mask before and used it once because the elastic pulled the mask across my eyes and hurt my ears so much it woke me up in the night. £8 for a great nights sleep is peanuts! And it comes with a lovely little travel bag to help keep it clean. I will update after I have washed the mask per the instructions, as I wear quite thick eye cream at night which does tend to make the inside of sleep masks a bit scummy! Most fall to pieces when washed, or completely lose their shape. Hopefully this one won't. Bottom line, I now sleep like a log in darkness and comfort!

Just a typical blindfold
Not particularly great, no cups over the eyes or molded foam shaping. Just a soft piece of multi-layered material. Arrangement of straps, double, is nice, and comfortable and can be more secure than a single strap, but the mask itself isn't really good enough and doesn't block enough light. Better than very cheap blindfolds from high street stores, not up to the standard of any of the contoured types.

Used for 6 years, great mask
Best sleep mask ever. Very soft, doesn't fall off in the night, doesn't cause irritation, very light. Absolutely perfect. Am buying again after 6 years wearing it since the strap has gone loose, £16 for a 6 year purchase is an absolute bargain.

Perfect for a good night's sleep in the summer months.
I wrote the following after buying my first mask in 2018. It still holds true. The old one just got tired from wear. The nose baffle does work best when pushed up inside the mask - it might be why some reviewers found some light leakage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lovely mask - fits perfectly like having a soft silky face hug. The twin straps work perfectly for me so that no part of the mask is too tight. Similarly the nose-baffle reflected up inside the mask cuts out any tiny amount of light leakage. It would be useful to have some visual or tactile indication about which is the inside (to help put it on in the dark before dawn intrudes). I find it helps me to sleep past the natural dawn now until my alarm tells me it is time to rise. One tiny problem with the soft silk is that rough hands after DIY activity do tend to snag easily. Handle carefully.
