EASY TO USE AND ACCURATE
This is our 3rd time buying a blood pressure monitor, and this is the one we’re keeping. It is very easy to use, even for one person. I like the bold, clear markings, like the one that indicates which direction to put it on your arm, as well as the digital display. The display is easy to read. I get the same reading when I take my BP three times in a row - that plus comparing it to another one we have tells me it is accurate. It is streamline and doesn’t take much storage space. I like that it is rechargeable, and also how it has plenty of digital storage and can save for multiple users. It meets all of my needs, and I would recommend this product.

Convenient!
I'm a home infusion nurse and I've been thru a lot of blood pressure machines. This is by far one of my favorites. It's compact, easy to use, easy to read, accurate when compared to other machines and I love the fact that it doesn't require batteries. Recharge by USB. I also like that it's one piece, no cord to worry about.

Easy to use, great features.
This blood pressure cuff is very easy to use and packed with features. I love the convenience of having the monitor right on the cuff so there is no long cord to deal with. This also comes with a handy storage pouch, great for taking with you. One of the things I really appreciate is I can store my readings and refer back to them easily - very handy when tracking the readings as my doctor requested! Something I LOVE - it is rechargeable with via USB (enclosed or cellphone type C) instead of needing batteries! My old one had batteries and would give inaccurate readings when getting low. Never again, with the low battery indicator on the monitor! All in all, I am 100% happy with this monitor! One thing I might add, when taking your reading be sure not to have anything touching it - no skin, clothes, etc., and have your arm resting comfortably extended out on a table or such. This will give an accurate and reliable reading every time!

Functional, compact but a bit of a boa constrictor and sometimes a puzzle to get on
This is a well made cuff with a clever design that allows the pump and display electronics to all be mounted directly to the cuff itself. My wife and I have used it on numerous occasions.I have no other device with which to measure actual accuracy, but for telehealth exams, doctors have asked me to take multiple readings and average them. In doing so, I have found the readings from this cuff to be satisfyingly repeatable (as in close, not identical), giving an indication (but not proof) that the numbers are accurate. The display is bright and legible and gives more information than I have gotten from a digital cuff before. Two of our previous cuffs of the more common design where the cuff is attached to the electronics base by rubber hoses have failed when the hoses came off and could not be securely reattached. This design completely avoids that risk.Like almost all modern electronics, this unit recharges with a USB connection. Charging is pretty quick and a single charge has lasted us for multiple readings/day for several days. Now the two cons. This first issue might just be a mental shortcoming of my own, but when you first unroll the cuff from around the electronics, you'll see that one end of the cuff is firmly attached to the electronics and then immediately passes through a wide, narrow 'd-ring'. The cuff sports hook and loop pads of velcro but it is not obvious (to someone of my questionable spatial abilities) to see how one forms a loop through which one's arm might be inserted. It ends up being quite simple. Pull the cuff material back through the ring, towards the unit, until you have enough to get around your arm. The remainder (the bitter end) will wrap around and allow you to secure it with the velcro. The second issue is pressure. On previous automatic cuffs I have used, when the cuff is inflating, the pump stops when the unit sense that it has completely stopped blood flow. So, for instance, if your systolic pressure were 130, the pump will stop at about 135 or 140 before beginning to bleed down. This unit, like a few others have I've run into at providers in the last year, does not. Every time you use it, it will inflate to about 175 mm Hg, which represents quite a squeeze on your arm. Everyone who has ever used ours has noted it on first use. I do not know if this is due to some shortcut in the electronics, some new medical advice on how to take BP or perhaps even a fault in this machine. It is also possible that having the pump and cuff so close together creates too much 'noise' in the pressure sensor to allow it to make that determination while the pump is running. That is, the vibrations from the running pump are being transmitted to the cuff. In units with a rubber hose, pump vibrations would not be transmitted to the cuff.Be all that as it may, we put up with the squeeze because it's not really that bad and the pump is otherwise accurate, efficient, reliable and compact. Some of this call may be due to the two hose failures we experienced with other units, but we would buy this same cuff again.

Do not buy this Junk
I purchased this in April. It is not an item I use often. Regardless, a bit over 3 months later the battery will not hold a charge. It is past the window to return. So all I can do is warn others not to buy this junk.

Love the ease, but not accurate
I really love how easy this is to use. And, it’s great not having a cord and separate cuff/monitor - that was the primary reason I bought this. However, when I took my BP at my doctors office with this and their machine, this machine was 15-20-ish points off.

Works as advertised!
Looks and feels great! Most of us remember the clunky blood pressure monitors that your parents/grandparents used to use. This is definitely a much better, much smaller design. It also functions as intended, seems very accurate. The fact that it's rechargeable is a plus and with USB-C!The display is big, the numbers and letters are sharp.I would buy it again if I needed to!
