Looks nice when up. Instructions for erection were a bit lacking. U really need to understand about squaring up or get someone in to help. Also not sure about the wood quality. Mine's been up a free weeks and it has developed a lot of fairly large splits in the uprights. I understand that wood does that but these are fairly significant. I have treated the wood so we'll see what it does over winter.Still fairly pleased overall.

This product arrived with big cracks along the supports, they were very warped and one had a large part missing. It is not fit for purpose.I’m then expected to pay for the return which is absolutely ridiculous. I have spoken to forest who helpfully say they will collect free but I must get the refund from retailer. I can’t do that unless I pay for return.

Good solid item. Harder to put together than it looks as it is very sturdy. Very happy once it was erected. Good price and nice addition to my garden.

In my opinion, poor instructions, poor delivery and badly split wood. Not the quality that I was expecting but customer services very dismissive. Put simply, I will never buy another.

Very very good overall, only one minor design fault on the brackets & the holes being rather near the edge, so care needed to ensure wood doesn't split when drilling holes for screws and fixing,
