MSR Quick Skillet Pan - Lightweight Frying Pan

The reviews and reputation are true. I went with a titanium pan that was just a nightmare to cook with, sticking food, impossible to clean at camp, burning stuff. Not with this, works just like a pan at home, easy to clean too. If you season the pan by cooking some rapeseed oil at a high temp it will help keep the coating intact. It is thin, so treat it with care, no metal on metal etc. I always detatch the handle to prevent rubbing when in my bag.

Haveing used the MSR and the 2-Quick set, for many years. The Mrs & I haveing years of camping and touring experience. We decided we wanted a frying pan, Skillet, the first port of call MSR website to check the spec, and confirmed the Skillet will go under the larger pot. knowing MSR have quality equipment I had no quarms in buying this, the handle is completely removable as it is on the 2 quick talllon handle, so if we need a extra handle when not frying, can have a handle, for a pot. About time MSR add a frying pan / skillet to the 2-Quick set.

Light and strong

Good pan, just tested it on my trangia stove and it works nicely, I haven’t tested it on my gas stove yet so don’t no how well the heat distribution will play out on that but only time will tell! Good pan tho!

Used this quit a lot before writing this review , really happy with this, it is really easy to clean even after frying steak in it which always to make a mess of things. Nice size for me as it fits in perfectly with my camping cook kit, not to big it's a pain not to small so you can't fit anything in it.

This was a present for my husband he was very pleased with it he has lots of MSR items so expect this will be to the usual high standard when he uses it. Great price as got when offer was on and speedy delivery.

ソロ用に購入しました。今までソロ用として色々購入試して来ましたがこれだけ ソロ用として高効率なソロフライパンはないです。 価格は少々高いかと思いますが前述の2点を考慮するとベストクオリティーです。 私が購入したものはぐらつきなどもありません。 また焦げ付きのレビューが多いですげ火加減の調整の問題で火力が強く使用しているのでは？

Very lite & easy to pack.

Perfekt. Klein. Leicht. Aufsteckbarer Griff. Trotzdem dieser zum Teil aus Plastik besteht, kein verziehen oder passungenauigkeit. Gut zu verstauen. Antihaftbeschichtung ist super. Zwei entrecote s ohne fett Zusatz super geworden. Leicht zu reinigen. Passt super zu Basic msr topfset. Nach Jahren der alutöpfe eine Offenbarung. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Pratique mais le revêtement est trop fragile. on la utilisé uniquement avec des couverts en plastique et pourtant le revêtement antique adhérent est parti en moins de 2 mois dutilisation

Bought this as I was looking for a skillet. Quality is top notch of course. We’ll made and designed. It is smaller than you think but I was ok with it as I was just thinking of cooking for one. You won’t be able to fit 2 burgers or chicken breasts in it but shouldn’t have issues if cooking for 1. Deeper than I thought which makes it better for stews or cooking multiple ingredients at once without having to worry about everything spilling out. Pros: again great quality, easy to clean, easy to carry, handle doesn’t get hot and we’ll balanced. Cons: size. Be nice if just an inch bigger. Would buy again unless cooking for more than 1.
