I'm writing this review because I absolutely love this chainsaw. And the 63-year-old woman who has 3 1/2 acres and this has been a great tool for me. It is easy for me to hold and trim the trees and bushes with. I love the extension. And the most important part, is that this company has terrific customer service. They are unsurpassed with taking care of their customers. I recommend this product to anyone and know it will give them wonderful ability to take care of any property!

I've been looking at buying a pole saw for a while, but never wanted to spend the money to get a name brand one. I saw this one and it looked really good, the reviews were good and the price was right. I decided to get it, and I'm so happy I did. It is super easy to use. The quality of everything is pretty nice. It cuts through branches like butter. Seriously. I was cutting overhead branches 2" in diameter with no issue. and once you get the branches on the ground, you can take the saw off and use it as a hand held chainsaw to cut them into smaller pieces.The battery charges pretty fast and lasts a while. I used it to cut like 20-30 branches and it was still going strong. I never had to stop and charge it. Being that it is off brand I do worry about being able to get replacement parts such as batteries and customer service. Other than my own worries, this thing has been great. I really love it.

Chain saw works well. A bit heavy with chain saw attached to telescoping pole when extended.

Bought this to trim some trees around my house. The chain blade is sharp and it performs well. The chain did pop of a few times but that was due to me not letting the saw come up to full power (taken only a few seconds) before touching the branch to be cut. Lesson learned. When fully extended it is a little top heavy but still manageable. The only thing that I don't like about it is oiling the chain. This is not automic and you have to physically push the button to oil the chain. This is a hassle when the pole is fully extended and you have to cut several branches an have to stop what you are doing to oil the chain. What I love about it that the chainsaw detaches from the pole and makes it easy to cut up the branches into small pieces. The battery lasted me a about 3 hours of on and off use and charged fully in about 30 minutes. Overall, I like it and hope it lasts a long time.

Failed after two light uses of trimming mainly small branches. Like the design but the built quality is poor and it is very under powered. Especially the battery doesn't look like it was built to last when compared to other batteries such as those from DeWalt. Should have returned it as soon as it had arrived, but decided to trust the mainly positive reviews at that time and kept it, my mistake. Stay away from it, there are much better alternatives that are only slightly more expensive.

Works as advertised

Nice little chain saw. HOWEVER, I have owned several chain saws in my lifetime and NEVER had one shipped WITHOUT A BAR AND CHAIN COVER. Lack of a bar and chain cover is a safety issue. I've never purchased one that didn't have a bar and chain cover. Also, READ THE FINE PRINT. This pole saw will cut up to 15.2 feet in height PROVIDED the person holding it has a 6 FOOT REACH. If you don't have a 6 foot reach, then the tallest cut is 9 feet plus how high you can reach. The advertising of this item might be considered MIS-LEADING. Buyer beware!
