InSinkErator HWT-00 Hot Water Heater, Black, One Size

Bought a similar item from another seller. It was defective and found it very difficult to return.

Replaced an earlier model that failed after 10 years. Hopefully this newer model will last longer.

This was a great replacement and was the exact same model. It was easy to change and is working so far just great. Love the convenience of having instant hot water, but unfortunately, these tanks are not a long-term item. Usually good for a few years sometimes longer. Appreciated the lower price.

Using this boiler in our coffee bar. It works great and looks great. Don’t put you finger under the hot water tap. When they advertise instant hot they are serious. I would recommend this product to anybody

My old InSinkErator lasts four years. It no longer produced hot water. Did a lot of reading and comparing images to make sure this is a true replacement. The replacement was very easy. The instruction was well written and simple. In less than 10 minutes, I replaced the old with the new. I even reused the original tubes. They fit well and did not leak.Update 10/2024: The above unit lasted less than two years (3/2023-10/2024) due to broken heating element again. Called the customer service and was replaced by a new tank. Got it in 5 days with full warranty. The 5-star review is on its great customer service and not about the reliability of the product. Since the installation to replace is very easy, the reliability issue is not that important. Call and get a new one every two years is o.k. to me. But I hope mine is an isolated case.
