AmisaOrganic Crispy Spelt Flakes 250g (Pack of 3)

I just love them. I had some yesterday in my home made muesli lunch. Today after my lunch I had cravings for something crunchy so I went for the Crispy Spelt Flakes bag.They are so crunchy that I've been eating them straight from the bag with a teaspoon.I was eating and eating and eating watching the clock and I told to myself : OK, I will eat another 5 min and will stop. Well, I had to stop from eating them because I was already full but if I wasn't I would have finished the bag.They are healthy, organic, no nasty things and not too sweet at all. I was afraid that they will be too sweet but it's not the case.I am adding another order to my shopping basket.Highly recommended.

You can have these with milk or yoghurt, both work well. I also add some dried raisins and pumpkin seeds. Nice way to start the dayI think spelt products are much healthier because the gluten is fragile and more water soluble compared to the gluten found in modern wheat. You can even eat a bowl of whole grain pasta without feeling bloatedFeel the goodness!

Isn't pure spelt which is a let down. But it taste pretty good as cereal which fruits/nuts

The product advertised said 3 pack but I only received one packet. Please post the other 2 packets or refund my money😩

This cereal is tasty. Very similar to cornflakes/bran flakes but different. I wanted an alternative to the norm and I am not dissatisfied. Sometimes I add nuts, fresh or dried fruit to give a slightly different taste albeit just as nice on its own with cold milk. The only downside - is that I think it produces a lot of flatulence but I would definitely buy again and would recommend.

Great value for money, minimum but robust packaging, a good product which contains little sugar if, like me, you dislike sweet cereals.

Lovely crispy malty spelt flakes which I add to my homemade granola. Also good eaten alone with cold milk.
