Hama Speaker Stands x2, Black

I was looking for speaker stands but with pretty much all of them the stand mount plate was quite a bit smaller than the size of my speakers, I was quiet surprised at how difficult it was to find the correct size to fit my speakers as I had imagined this would be quite a common demand from customers, my speakers are monitor audio bronze and they can be placed on these stands and the mount plates pretty much covers the whole speaker, they feel secure without any sort of permanent locking i.e clamps or screws and the stands look decent too and the height was decent, although Id prefer more options on height and thats the main weakness for me here, assembling the speakers was quite simple although with the amount of parts at first glance it seemed to be complex but it turned out to be really easy, finally the price point compared to other stands is excellent. So all in all a great job well done Hama :-)

I have a couple of very heavy active Tannoys and needed good quality sturdy stands which these are! Putting together was simple if not fiddley, the instructions weren't brilliant just a diagram, but it's fairly intuitive. Just don't assemble it then realise you haven't inserted the wires down the tube as I did (my wife had a field day when I noticed) . Once assembled they are solid with no wobble and it was worth the effort.I think these look good, are a good buy, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very sturdy well worth the price and they look classy. I found it easier to assemble the stands by turning them upside down ie turn the top plate over so as the underside is facing you screw in by hand the steel rods then place the black covers over the rods then place the base over that and tighten the structure with the screws provided with the small spanner (also provided). My speakers are 20cm wide with a depth of 26 cm and they fit perfectly.

My main reasons for buying these stands were that they have a decent size top plate and they do not cost as much as speakers themselves. So if these are important considerations then simply buy these stands.The packaging is great so they arrive without cosmetic damage. The assembly is straight forward but the instructions could be more useful if they indicated it is better to install top plate first.So these are smart looking, well finished stands that are stable on the floor and also for speakers placed on them. Being glass, you can use velcro or Blu-tack to secure the speakers from moving around.

The product arrived inside another box, for protection. Everything beautifully presented and securely packed inside.Easy to assemble, if you start with the top plate and insert the rods first, then work your way to the last plate. The floor spikes are extremely effective on carpet and the stands stand firm. Some clear rubber feet are included, as an option, if you have non carpeted floors.When put together, these stands look smart, glass adds a touch of elegance to the room. I highly recommend these! Very happy. :)

I like everything about these stands, sturdy, looks brilliant with my Wharfedale speakers. I had no problems assembling the stands. I thought the instructions what came with the stands was quite easy to follow. Yes I would easily recommend these speaker stands.

They look nice. But they came damaged and some small bits missing. Box look like it was previously open so it's probably customer return. Now I need to return them. Very disappointed.

Stands look elegant when put together. They delivered as flat pack but was really easy to assemble. Cable management on the back also helps in hiding the cable. Height is about 64cm with floor pads so a perfect height beside the couch. They are bit expensive compared to other stands but they look beautiful compared to other stands I was in a store. Overall I am very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
