My feet fit easily into my shoes when the insoles were fitted. They are very comfortable. And I do believe that it does what it says in the details. They stop any sweating. There isn't any arch support. But I don't have problems with that.

These insoles are very well cushioned. They are easy to trim to size. My only small gripe is I felt they were a little narrow in width for me. Good value price.

CUTTING TO SIZE - These insoles come ready to cut to the right size and they come with a paper template and instructions. But I didn't find it very easy to get the right fit... when I've bought insoles in the past, the lines for cutting are printed on the insoles themselves and I've found this much easier! The insoles are also quite thick, so you need a decent pair of scissors to cut them.THE INSOLE - the insoles are quite thick which is a good and bad thing. My shoes are quite loose fit so this was ok for me, but with a tighter pair of shoes this could be a problem. The good thing is that they seem very comfy - I think it will feel like I'm walking on a cloud!OVERALL - 3 stars for comfort, but lost 2 stars for thickness and difficulty to cut to the right shape

These are great! They have just enough padding to help protect and support your feet, but not so much that your feet don't fit in your shoes anymore. I have moved them from one pair to another and theyve stayed put without needing to be stuck down. I really love them and I'm off to buy more!
