Purchased this in November as a Christmas gift, didn’t start using till December and in less than 2 months it come up with EH error code, seller not really helpful so sent item back and STILL waiting for refund !!!!! DON’T BUY

Bought as a Christmas present.Soft, warm and a good size for 1 person. Slow to heat up and limited heat production compared to a larger more expensive blanket I have.However, came with a European plug and the adaptor for a UK plug did not work which was disappointing on Xmas day

Really good when it worked, very disappointed when the blanket stopped heating up, all the controls worked and lit up just not heating still awaiting seller to sort it out due to wanting pictures this was done about 5days ago still no reply from seller.

Lovely soft blanket. Can cover two people easily on the settee or bed . Really lovely temperature on full, just the right heat to keep you lovely and cosy on these cold mornings and nights. I've already ordered another one. Would reccomend to anyone struggling to keep warm as very cheap to run. Purchased a second blanket which arrived today with a uk socket. My first one I purchased had a two pin which kept falling out of socket, this was quickly rectified by purchasing a new two pin plug, I was compensated by the seller to buy this, so seller was very prompt to answer my query. Unfortunately after using a couple of times the blanket stopped working completely. Kept saying error . Did not rectify, had to ask for a refund.
