Excellent customer service
Been using this product for years and highly recommend for your koi pond. Also use it in my tropical fish tanks with outstanding performance and water quality fish are so much improved by colourful appearance.

Improves fish health
I was somewhat sceptical about the claims for this product so decided to only try a small quantity. The water goes immediately cloudy when you add it but within 48 hours the pond is clear again. After about 6 weeks of regular addition when weekly water changes take place the water is clearer and the fish appear brighter (colour) and more content. I live in a soft water area and now with this and kH salt additions the water parameters are at the "ideal" situation

Having had a few problems with my water quality, and viewed solutions on line. Mediclay came highly Recommend! And, Having used it, I can I can vouch for the product. It helped to clear the water and improve the overall quality. I use it on a regular basis now and would highly recommend it. 👌

Eating better and perkier
I started using the mediclay as I noticed that my fish seemed perkier whenever I used clay based blanketweed treatment. Having googled clay and fish benefits, it became clear that there is a consensus that it helps them in many ways, so I decided to give the mediclay a go.I've now added 100g once a week for the past two weeks into my 14,000 litre pond. The two days after each treatment my koi are eating 50% more and faster, whilst being more active. This gradually tails off after a few days until I add again.Overall it seems to work and I'm happy to continue usage.

8 degrees and my fish are very keen to eat!
First time user of this product and im 3 weeks in. Ok so its early season in April but it looks to be working. The water looks to sparkle down my waterfall and the fish are already coming up for food this early. Given its about 8 to 10 degrees they certainly look very keen to eat. So im going to buy a bigger bag next time and see how it goes all year.

Great product
It really does clear the pond of algae blooms. Our pond was so murky that you really couldn't see beyond a couple of inches despite having good filtration & zero results for ammonia, nitrites & nitrates. It is reported to have so many valuable properties for improving the health of the fish, plants & bio-media. I wish I'd heard of it years ago!! Great for aquariums too!

Well packaged, prompt delivery
The tub was well packaged which was good because it is quite heavy and would be easy for it to get damaged but perfectly fine on this occasion.Good stuff, have used it for a few years now and is a good tonic for the fish.
