The Pegasus is an absolute gem for anyone who enjoys DIY projects or needs a reliable, versatile workspace. I’ve only been using it for week and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality is superb and espite being lightweight the workbench feels incredibly sturdy. The multi-functional design is a real standout feature. Switching between a worktable and a sawhorse is seamless, and the built-in clamps and clamp dogs are incredibly useful for holding materials securely in place. I love how portable and compact it is. Folding it flat for storage is simple and it doesn’t take up much space in the shed. The fact that you can link multiple units together is a clever touch, I’ve already got my eye on purchasing another one. In summary, the WORX Pegasus is an exceptional piece of kit. It’s versatile, durable, and easy to use, making it perfect for anyone, whether you’re a professional tradesperson or just tackling home improvement tasks. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Very solid and easy to put up and down. Folds flat for storage. Clamps are plastic but good quality.

Had this for a few months and, despite not using it for anything heavy duty, it comes in handy so often. From being able to a jigsaw to chop wood, to clamping objects to drill holes, to clamping things in place that have been glued back together, this table has bench has been superb. The clamps by themselves have been used loads on other projects too. The bench folds away simply, and can be stored away when not in use. No assembly required on arrival. This is a great option for those who'd like a workbench but are limited in space, or who wouldn't need it setup permanently. This takes 2 seconds to pull each side up. I've heard people say they found it annoying that the clamps dont clamp properly to the underneath but I've no idea what they are talking about, these clamps work fine. Just don't over tighten them otherwise you may end up cracking the bench. Easily one of my best buys this year!

Haven’t used yet but easy to set up and having the clamp is brilliant, you can take them off and put onto the clips on the legs. Very solid and stable.

The build quality is real solid — much sturdier than I expected at this price point. It’s incredibly versatile, working seamlessly as both a work table and a sawhorse. Tutto sta nella bontà del progetto e nella produzione del banco realizzata con ottima tecnica industriale. Un tavolo da lavoro e cavalletto che risponde alle esigenze di professionisti ed hobbisti evoluti. Cosa cerca un professionista? rapidità di allestimento di uno strumento da lavoro, funzionalità e versatilità, robustezza e resistenza a ripetuti e gravosi cicli di lavoro, trasportabilità. Lo stesso vale per l'hobbista esperto, che vuole circondarsi di prodotti resistenti e realmente di qualità, che facciano la differenza per la loro capacità di assolvere perfettamente al loro compito. Ebbene questo tavolo è letteralmente geniale. Innanzi tutto è molto robusto: la composizione ibrida del suo telaio, che si basa sulla sovrapposizione di abs a tubolari d'acciaio, lo rende quasi indistruttibile. La sua portata è adeguata al peso della stragrande maggioranza delle parti che andranno lavorate su di esso (circa 150 kg). I due semi piani rimangono stabili anche sotto sollecitazione e all'occorrenza si richiudono letteralmente all'istante, sbloccando due fermi per lato. I due morsetti a scorrimento che sono in dotazione possono essere montati in senso orizzontale su due binari di scorrimento in acciaio sulla superficie del tavolo (questo è un particolare che lo mette a pari livello con i tavoli in legno che si ammorsano per via di due maniglie), ed anche in senso verticale, per assicurare ogni pezzo alla superficie di lavoro. Quattro fermi a perno in plastica(dog clamps) vanno introdotti in appositi buchi sul tavolo quali ulteriori fermi. Su Youtube trovate numerose prove di questo tavolo, che stranamente non compare tra i prodotti Worx distribuiti in Italia sul sito ufficiale dell'azienda. Il peso, una volta richiuso non è quello di una piuma, ma occorre considerare che la stabilità ha un prezzo da pagare: non si può andare al di sotto di una certa soglia, pena l'indebolimento della struttura e la sua incapacità d'assolvere pienamente le funzioni d'impiego. Come cavalletto è senz'altro utile e sopporta un peso addirittura maggiore del piano. Infine, può unirsi ad altri esemplari di pegasus per formare piani di lavoro ancora più grandi. Io lo considero un complemento essenziale della mia dotazione professionale quando fuori dalla mia officina. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che pretendono il massimo per lavorazioni come banco-sega, o per il fermo dei pezzi da carteggiare, tornire, pitturare.

Es un banco de trabajo excelente, con buena calidad de paternal, estable, con ranuras muy útiles y bandeja abajo muy práctica. La recomiendo muchísimo. Nadie que la compre se arrepentirá, sobre todo si tiene poco espacio, ya que se pliega y ocupa muy poco

Léger solide, bien pensé

Diese Werkbank habe ich vor ein paar Jahren bei Amazon.com gefunden und sie ist dort die am besten bewertete mobile Werkbank. Das hat mich sehr neugierig gemacht, da ich gerne auch längerer Werkstücke sägen möchte und daher zwei Festool MFT einfach zu teuer geworden wären. Allerdings kam einfach keine Info von Worx EU, so dass ich das Thema irgendwann abhakte. Nun aber kann man sie dank Amazon auch bei uns kaufen. Geliefert wurde sie bzw zwei davon aus UK. Gut verpackt und sofort einsatzbereit kann man sie dann aus der Packung heben. Die Werkbank wiegt ca. 14 kg und hat eine Arbeitsfläche von ca. 79x64cm. Damit kommt man auch ausgeklappt durch jede Tür. Sie ist ca. 81,5cm hoch. Damit hat man also eine akzeptable Arbeitshöhe (ist allerdings nicht höhenverstellbar), wobei 90cm wie beim Festool MFT natürlich noch besser wären. Für Sägearbeiten empfehle ich die Werkstückstopper , die Beschädigungen der Oberfläche verhindern und auch noch mal 2,5 cm auftragen. Mit bis zu 135 kg max Belastbarkeit ist die Werkbank eigentlich nicht die stabilste auf dem Markt, aber sie hat noch einen Bonus: Man kann die Tischseiten herunterklappen und hat auf die Art einen Bock, der ganze 450 kg tragen kann. Das ist aber nicht der einzige Vorteil gegenüber der Werkbank von Keter . Denn die Worx is ca. 6 cm höher und hat eindeutig den besseren Klappmechanismus. Beim Aufbau muss man beim Worx einfach nur die Seiten hochziehen, während man beim Keter das gesamte Tischgewicht hochzieht bis die Beine ausgeklappt sind, um dann abschließend noch die Mittelwand hochzuklappen. Beim zusammenklappen reicht es dann beim Worx auf jeder Seite zwei Tasten zu drücken. Die jeweilige Tischplatte fährt dann von alleine runter. Beim Keter sind es dagegen alle Schritte rückwärts und dann hängen die Tischbeine manchmal raus und man muss nachhelfen. Außerdem sind die Zwingen beim Worx aluminium-geführt und länger und man hat Löcher (19mm) für Bankhaken (Bench Dogs), die auch bereits mit dem Tisch mitgeliefert werden. Wie auch beim Keter kann man die Zwingen dann am Tisch selbst befestigen. Die Bankhaken übrigens auch. Man braucht also für den sofortigen Einsatz keinen extra Koffer. Der Keter glänzt am Ende eigentlich nur noch damit, dass er bereits als Tisch bis zu 450 kg aushält. Ich empfehle dazu Youtube Video ID XCHYdhlipLg. Ein paar gespannte Werkstücke, kann man dagegen im Werbevideo ID 6GoVZndDgK0 sehen. Da sieht man auch, dass die Bank trotz nur verstärktem Kunststoff wie eine Eins steht. Ich habe wie gesagt zwei gekauft, da ich vor habe eine längere Küchenarbeitsplatte damit zuzusägen. Ich habe aber bereits kleine Sachen gemacht, weshalb mir auch ein paar Nachteile aufgefallen sind: - zwei oder mehr Tische miteinander verbinden ist zu filigran, da es einfach nur Gummiverbinder sind, die gerade bei unebenem Untergrund wenig ausrichten können. Die Seiten sind außerdem abgeschrägt, so dass man auch eine kleine Lücke hat. - wenn auch die Arbeitsfläche stabil ist, so hat sie die typische Leichtbau-Wabenstruktur und damit hat man nun so seine Probleme ein Werkstück mit einer handelsüblichen Zwinge zu befestigen. Nur jeweils links und rechts außen bietet sich die Möglichkeit an was zu spannen, aber nicht auf den Längsseiten, außer man behilft sich mit einem Brett oder ähnlichem - anfangs riecht sie etwas, besonders wenn man sie -frisch- aus der Verpackung zieht. Ich habe sie daher ein paar Tage im Flur auslüften lassen. Schlussendlich schaue ich dann aber noch mal auf den Preis und vergesse die Nachteile gleich wieder. Dafür ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einfach zu gut. Hilfreich? Klicken! Update 03/2019: Die Werkbank ist nach wie vor im Einsatz und sie hat sich bewährt. Ich habe sie sogar mal als Beistelltisch verwendet. Das einzige was nach wie vor nervt ist die begrenzte Möglichkeit Zwingen anzusetzen. Ich habe mir daher was gegönnt, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann, aber leider sehr teuer ist. Und zwar den Veritas Quick Release Wonder Dog bzw in Deutschland Veritas Spannelement mit Schnellverstellung genannt. Dieser kann im Gegensatz zum normalen Wonder Dog schnell verstellt werden und passt perfekt in die Löcher des Pegasus. Leider kostet der Quick Release 60 € und ist nicht bei Amazon verfügbar. Alternativ gehen vielleicht auch die Festool MFT-SP , aber da weiß ich nicht ob die Verschraubung bei der Tischstärke noch Sinn macht. Dafür kosten sie quasi nur die Hälfte (da 2 Stück).
