Do yourself a favor and get one!
Wow! This machine is a thing of beauty. Accurate and pretty near perfect square straight out of the box - though fine adjustment is possible for anyone good enough to be concerned about any minuscule error. The fence is very nice - smooth running and good grip both sides when its lovely clamp is down. The low profile add-on fence guide is brill, and a moments work to fit with the supplied bolts and superb chrome wing nuts. Hand-wheel blade lift mechanism is good, as is the blade tilt. The table is cast aluminium, and is really a cut above most other site saws I've come across. The sliding portion of the table is a great feature and works well. Scale is pretty good, though I would never rely completely on an onboard ruler. Extender makes the table considerably more usable for long cuts. Blade guard well designed and easy to fit or remove. Riving knife can be pushed down for making non-through slots - no tools needed for this which is pretty fabulous if you do a lot of grooving cuts. Nice powerful motor with plenty of power. I wasn't sure about the plastic body when I was making up my mind whether or not to buy, but it's fine. Rugged enough to withstand the usual battering site equipment gets. The supplied blade is nothing to get excited about - pretty much what you generally expect though. I intend to replace it fairly soon with a better one. The accessories can be stowed at various points on the body for transportation which is nice, but care is needed as they are not well protected when in their stowage points. One point to note if you're a weedy little punk like me - this machine is a lump so unless you're a gorilla you won't be casually picking it up with one hand and carrying it like a lunch box to your site, even if it does have very solid and comfortable handles. The solution - buy the gravity rise bench/truck to go with it. It too is worth every penny, and will double as a very usable and super heavy duty deep foot truck for moving big stuff around with. In summary then. The important bits are very good indeed. I believe it is the perfect choice for anyone who wants an accurate and eminently worthy table saw but is limited with space. There are a couple of niggles as mentioned, but these are by no means deal breakers. I am totally delighted with mine and so very glad I didn't go for any of the competitor machines.

Don't be put off by the shaky sled and fence issues!
This is an outstanding table saw. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on a wide variety of saws and this one came out on top. A couple of the reviews on this saw mentioned the amount of play in the mitre sled, I too noticed this out of the box, but after removing the sled and tapping the parallel tracks with a nylon hammer and adding some dry PTFE spray I significantly removed the play. The second "issue" was the fence. If you move the fence holding the bottom it will not be parallel with the T-slot. However if you move from the middle it all works fine. The cut with the standard blade is excellent. I would recommend that you use a digital level box when setting up the saw and then set the adjustment washer accordingly. The adjustment washer is very fiddly, but once set, you can forget. I also read that a few people complained about the dust collection. I use a Festool L class midi extractor which fits perfectly in the supplied dust extraction port on the Bosch and it extracts a large majority of the dust effectively. The stands that are available were not suitable for me as I have no intention of using this as a site saw (it's too heavy anyway!), but needed to move it around the workshop if needed, therefore, I built a cart to the same hight as my project benches so as to use them as feeder tables if needed (see photos). Overall I am very impressed with this saw and I will update when I have used it some more.

Great machine with a few issues.
This my first table saw so this isn't an expert review. I like the soft start and braked stop; the solid build without being silly heavy; the sliding table and easy to use fence; the extending sections. The thing is not over noisy and feels safe to use even for a novice. It could be improved by the sliding table and mitre slots being a closer tolerance to avoid slop. The fence is rock solid but you do have to check for square each time. The blade rise wheel is a bit plasticky and setting the blade angle is slightly awkward - it would be nice if this adjusted using a wheel. A bit of plastic pipe for dusty extraction would have been nice too. The table surface could have been A bit flatter and the grey finish can mark the wood. I will replace the blade with one with more teeth. My criticisms are all however fairly minor and I have been able to get some quick and accurate cuts already. Overall an excellent bit of kit that would doubtless cost more if improved. Happy.

Very impressive
Having conducted a lot of research prior to purchasing a replacement for my aging & cheap table saw I opted for this. Numerous previous reviews gave rise to the fact that the fence & sliding table were not square - This is easily remedied if you spend a little bit of time after putting it together. The process of putting it together is very simple - It just involves putting the various attachments in place as the unit is supplied virtually complete. Once together I had to re align the fence, ensure it was square and tighten the rear of the fence, - Very handy that you are able to lock not only the front of the fence but also the rear The sliding table does have between 1-2 mm of play from side to side - To prevent this and to ensure every cut is square all I did was square the sliding table whilst holding the handle/knob to the right. Provided I do this every time the cut will be square. To extend the cutting width of the table all you do is undo a handle & pull the extension out - very quick & simple to do The motor is braked but does seem to take a little more time than I would expect to stop the blade - It is still however much better than a non braked motor I made my own table stand for it to sit on and find it relatively easy to pick up & move around. The saw blade supplied is not the best in the world but this can easily be remedied after you purchase the saw Overall this is fantastic value for money & plenty man enough to handle most applicable tasks

I love it, think its a fantastic saw, just take time and care setting up and all will be good.
This is a great saw. My first foray in to 'professional' level equipment. Easy to set up, needed a little adjustment but was easy to do and is spot on to the mm on cuts time and again. Blade supplies is good but I went for a 60t version of the optiline. Just remember the kerd needs to be greater than 2.3mm and the blade thickness less than 2.2mm (as there are multiole Optiline versions out there). Some have said the sliding carriage and the mitre guage have lots of play, whilst its true there is a little, its not affected any cuts to date that have been cross cut. Motor is relatively quiet and the soft start function means no start up current spike. Love the onboard tool storage and the fence is straight when locked every time. Like many things, take your time with it and it will work perfectly. Rush things and you might get adverse effects.

Power, power, power.
Awesome bit of kit, after reading some product reviews and watching some you tube videos on various table saws that all had various foibles, I took a somewhat nervous plung and bought this. I am not going to say it's 100% issue free, I Don't think you will unless your willing to spend thousands of pounds, this for me is nigh on perfect, what I love is the sheer power of the motor, I love the fact its heavy, yes it's tricky moving it about, that weight is an asset pinning down your workbench, keeping it nice and steady, the outfield rest is brilliant for supporting the longer cuts, also the side extension is hand for those wider boards that need ripping down, the fence can go out of square during work, but only if you let the dust build up, I'd give it a 98% thumbs up approval. A great bit of kit to add to your asnal of tools

Impressive. Very very impressive
Went from a cheap £90 table saw to this and the difference is outstanding. Smooth easy to use, and very quiet. Cuts straight out the box - make sure you get the polystyrene block out the base though - Philips head as crew driver required. Cut oak board with it yesterday, no issues what so ever. Really like the fence and mitre plate. Word to the wise though. The rails do need marginal adjustment to get rid of the side wobble. There’s a vid on the ‘tube how to do this and is very easy. Probably not as precise as a professional workshop one that cost 2-3+ times as much. But I was very very happy with the results.

Good
A good saw. You cannot use it against the wall. Have to get use to using it. The dust extractor doesn't work against the wall. The hose on it is stiff so can't you it against the wall.
