I recently purchased a brand new car which uses keyless technology. That means that the car just needs to detect the fob inside the vehicle and I can start the motor. That feature, however, made it virtually impossible to keep a spare hidden in the car since the car would recognize the second key inside the vehicle. So I bought this little pouch in the hopes that I could hide the spare somewhere in the car in case of an emergency where I misplace or lose my keys.This little gadget absolutely works! I have successfully hidden the key within the vehicle and the car does not recognize that it’s in there. Since I can lock and unlock my car via an app on my phone, in case of an emergency, now I can unlock the car, take out the hidden key, start the motor and be on my way!Additionally, this order comes with two pouches. I gave the second one to a colleague who has the same exact car as I and he was ecstatic when he saw it works. He was keeping the spare in his house. Now it is safely hidden within his vehicle. Great product!

I purchased these as I live in a large city in an apartment where my parking spot is right beside my kitchen window. I had a fear that a thief would be able to use the radio frequency to unlock or steal car. This pouch works great. I tested the pouch by interting the key and taking it to my car. Did not unlock at all. I have an AirTag attached to my ring so the fit is tight, but it does fit.

If you have a car with a keyfob, especially if you have keyless ignition, you will want this. I tested it and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. It blocks radio frequencies so the fob won’t work if it’s inside the bag. There is a chain with a key ring inside the bag to attach your fob to so you won’t lose it. That’s a nice touch. You do have to have the fob all the way in the bag with the Velcro flap closed gif it to work but once it’s closed in there, the buttons won’t operate the locks and the keyless ignition button won’t start your car, so you can rest assured nobody is going to do anything with your vehicle even if you are in proximity once your fob is sealed in this pouch. Not to mention, the carbon fiber looks way cool too!

And they give me exactly what I wanted, piece of mind when I'm in bed at night that my car will still be in its parking spot when I awake. Your key fob actually attaches to a small chain that stays inside the pouch so that you don't ever drop it out when trying to retrieve it. No signals will cross when the pouch is closed and fob is inside. Did multiple testing and it works exactly as advertised. I am so glad I spent $8 for something to protect my $40,000 vehicle

We have a Bronco with the key fob and would like to be able to hide the key inside, lock the doors with the keypad and go play in the water without worrying about drowning the fob. If the key signal isn't blocked anyone can just jump in and go, which would ruin all the fun. It's safe in the case. It's not large enough for a phone though.
