Milkotein Dog Treat, Heavy Bar

My black lab puppy has a sensitive stomach and a few food allergies but she is NOT allergic to milk products; that is, she is able to happily tolerate several types of cheese and greek yogurt. She absolutely loved the taste of this chew. She chomped away enthusiastically whenever I let her have it and gave me sad baby eyes whenever it was time to put it away. Each time she had access, though, she threw up a few hours later. We gave her this when we also changed her food so it took us a few tries to determine this was the culprit. Looking at the ingredients, she should not have an issue with it. My in-laws dogs will inherit it (they're the recipients of other foods we've tried and failed with her) and they will no doubt love it. She did really enjoy it, so it's worth some stars but others with sensitive puppy tummies to consider should be aware.

The dogs love this bar and it lasts for a very long time. My only complaint is that as the dogs chew through it it breaks down into very small pieces which are a pain to pick up specially if you let your dogs in your bed like we do. It's a small price to pay though for a very long lasting chew.

I ordered two of these. One of them arrived in the sealed tube, but was broken (shattered). The other was whole, but the tube was ruptured. The dogs enjoyed what I could salvage from the first one, but I tossed the second as a precaution, since it arrived opened.

This is a good low fat/calorie chew takes a good amount of time for my dog to go through one. She appears to enjoy it okay.

My German Shorthaired Pointer is a tough chewer everything is like butter for him, this was no different. It lasted a quarter of the time it takes for him to get through a rawhide roll. The biggest problem is that when it breaks it chunks off sharply, if your not paying attention you can get a sharp peice stuck in your foot. Not fun at all, I ended up taking it away from him and throwing it away. I wont be purchasing this or any other of these things again, and I dont suggest other people buy this.

Three days in at about 90 minutes or less total of gnawing, shes only able to take a corner off the first day. The corners seem like the weak spots but my dog loves it. Although my dog WILL drop this chew for human food, rattling of plastic and treats that are more easily consumed, i still give this bar 5 stars. I wish it were a couple dollars cheaper, but i haven't felt the regret of buying the product yet at its current price.I have a moderate chewer. 55 lbs female, smooth coat collie &, treeing walker coonhound mix (rescue), lives in a townhome style envt.She likes benebone(recent purchase), curlies, bully sticks, pig ears, granola sticks, cow hooves, and rawhide.In comparison to like the himalayan cheese stick this is 10x better the product and cost.

My yr old akita LOVES these bones far above any others I've purchased for him -except raw beef/bison. With the unusual, and limited, number of ingredients I was sceptical the first time. I needed a bone for a "power chewer" so I tried the medium size first.To my surprise this was the bone he kept going back to. The large size lasts him about a month as he has raw bones as well.If you have a "power chewer" think about giving this one a try.

I was a little uncertain about this product as it is manufactured internationally and not all of the writing is in English, however my dog loves this treat and it takes her forever to get through.
