Useful to have in medicine cabinet

Waste of money. Regular nasal spray does exactly the same job.

Although it is true this nasal spray doesn't last long if you use the large nasal spray connector. It normally lasts me about four days. It is very effective. This nasal spray reaches parts other nasal sprays don't reach.

Use this spray every day after having nasal surgery very easy to use.

Bought this to try out before purchasing the more cost effective sinus rinse bottles and ready mixed sachets.It takes a bit of getting used to but it does seem to have been a big help to my sinus problem. Will probably use this with the medium or mist tips in order to make it last longer as the rinse tip will empty the bottle very quickly.Will purchase again as even though its expensive it seems a good way to keep my passages of irritants.

Other saline nasal sprays like Sterimar make my nose bleed. This spray doesn't, and it clears my nose quite effectively.

Unable to use product as canister supplied contained no saline solution. Very disappointing, I was excited to purchase a saline spray above the usual 100ml, unfortunately this product was empty and unusable.

I have had to use several brands of saline nasal spray and I have to say this is by far the best! I have only used it once but its a much larger bottle than the sterimar I have previously used. The dosage/size of the spray is determined by the length of time you hold your finger on the spray unlike some of the metered dose pumps. The three tips are useful but I think that the flush tip would use the contents pretty quickly, if that is what you are looking for then a netipot and some sachets would be much better value. I only use the finest mist and it requires the very smallest of sprays to get maximum effect. I will be sticking to this brand from now on!
