Nylon Gun Case Bag 30" with Removable Shoulder Strap - Green

Bought as it seemed to have the right dimensions for a Yildiz TK-36 folding 410 shotgun and I was pleased to find it fits perfectly - the trick is to put it in breach not barrel first. The gun in question was the short stock version but I believe it would fit the long stock fine also and probably even the 12 bore version as the barrel length is the same. The quality of the bag is excellent and the price is good too.

I now the measurements are shown but they are really tight. I have a very compact rifle and as you can see the bag is bulging a lot and the fastener only just reaches. The bag would be ideal if slightly larger, manufacture appears fine. If you decide on this bag just add an extra 3 inches on all sides to ensure a comfortable fit.

This is a fantastic bag. Perfectly designed for a long barrel pistol. But I believe it's original intent was for a broken down shotgun or rifle. Mine came in at about 29.5 inches long. 10 inches wide at the widest part and 4 and a half at the thinnest point. It has a very sturdy and robust rubber/plastic grip over the handle to make it easier to carry which is very nice, an over folding flap that tucks inside the end to stop anything falling out when buckled. And one handy feature is it has an inside lined sleeve so you can place a barrel or cleaning rod in separate from your gun to prevent scratches. Also has a loop at the end of the bag for hanging up or tying up for storage. Highly useful due to it's handy size, this size of bag is rare to find. See pictures attached.

Length for 30" barrel is exact and flap closes tight.I would I would appreciate 1/4-1/2" space over the barrel.A sleeve/pocket to store forestock and sling would be a plus.

Perfect for my needs. Short carbine. Separate compartment for magazine .Excellent value.Inside compartment could have it's own closure ! Only minor grumble..

NOT SUITABLE FOR SHOTGUN. The inner lining of the slip to hold the barrel, does not have a closed end. This means that the barrel is free to drop to the end of the slip. When you place the stock and action into the slip, the action comes into direct contact with the barrel. I know this to my expense, as I now have a scratched barrel. I would like compensation for this, but I am not holding my breath. AVOID
