Which filter does this come with -- basic or advanced? also, it appears there are other filter options like pc, gc and cb. if true, which is best?

WS-USRF-001 advanced is of longer life/capacity and reduce more contaminants, fits for both municipal and well water. WS-USRF-001 basic meets basci demand of filtering municipal water. For 2 stages under sink water filter system, we recommend PC+CB. For 3 stages under sink water filter system, we recommend PC+GC+CB. Can i change the filter with the housing still plugged in and with the main line turned on or should i turn the main off??

Hello. Thanks for your question. You need to shut off the water line before changing filter. Attached please find a video guide for filter replacement. 4 steps to replace filter: 1. shut off the water valve/water line and turn on the faucet to release pressure 2. make 1/4 turn to unlock the housing （water is locked in the housing and will not wet your floor） 3. unscrew the housing cap by wrench which comes with the product (if you miss this wrench, please contact us) 4. replace the filter cartridge and finish Please check the leakage and flush the new filter for 5 mins after replacement.
