very nice slick texture, I make a lot of roasted garlic cloves and roasted veggies, broccoli like Emeril's recipe is my fav. Its so handy to just grab a sheet! Makes removing food after cooking so easy, also clean up is so quick and easy with nothing stuck on pans. I am so hooked on these handy precut sheets because it can be a little bit of hassle to get off roll although if I got a good dispenser with a good cutter that would prob solve my problem with cutting as well (in all fairness) Still I will stick with these as I can put in cabinet with cooking sheets and be ready in an instant
