Easy job unpop the covers over the air filter box
Bought this to clean the MAF sensor on my Lexus 220d . Easy job unpop the covers over the air filter box , pull off the conection, undo the two self tapping screws that hold the MAF sensor to the air box . Spray the sensor with the cleaner . I did mine several times . Let it dry. Replace in reverse order and start up . Idle the engine for 3 mins. Take for test drive. Engine is running better and mpg is back up to 43mpg . It's a 300ml can not 200ml as in description . Would give it 5 stars but it's expensive for what it is.

Great cleaner for MAF sensors
Used this to clean my MAF sensor - I have a Bosch VAG sensor (used in probably tens/hundreds of VAG models circa 2004) and I was suspicious of an issue due to rough idling - everything else was fine with the car. Unplugging the sensor brought the car's idling back to normal so I was suspicious of the MAF sensor, having never cleaned it in the 9 years I've had the car. Before ordering a new Bosch MAF sensor (they're quite costly) I took my existing one out, and then removed the actual sensor carefully (attached with two special keyed torx type screws) - I gave the sensor a direct spray very carefully - notably the metal wire that does the sensing - very delicate area. I then gave the whole MAF enclosure a spray and clean too. If I'm honest not a lot of black dirt came out of my setup but once all reassembled, this rectified my idling issue. I was initially not able to see the wire clearly as it was coated in black slightly, but once sprayed and clean it was visible again - no doubt that was the issue. But trying to spray this sensor directly whilst attached within the MAF pipe enclosure would have been impossible and wasted a lot of this spray no doubt so ensure you've got your sensor disassembled and you're working directly on the sensor wires - but be careful! Saved me the purchase of a new MAF sensor and I'm convinced that this is the issue with most of you with idling issues - existing sensor just needs a clean, not replacement. And always good to start down that avenue.

Good but dodgy spray nozzle at times.
Only 4 stars because although it cleaned sensors perfectly well, its spray straw is low pressure because it doesn't align with nozzle properly. I'd buy it again despite this.
