Perfect Size
The SanDisk 128GB Ultra Flair USB 3.0 Flash Drive is a fantastic choice for anyone needing reliable, fast, and portable storage. Here’s my breakdown after using it:Key Features:1. High Transfer Speeds (up to 150 MB/s): The speed of this flash drive is its standout feature. Transferring large files, such as videos or batches of photos, happens incredibly quickly compared to older USB 2.0 drives. I’ve consistently experienced transfer speeds close to 150 MB/s, making it ideal for large media files.2. 128GB Storage Capacity: With 128GB of space, this USB stick has plenty of room for all my essential documents, photos, videos, and even some software backups. It’s perfect for carrying a large amount of data in a compact form factor.3. Sleek Metal Casing: The durable metal casing gives it a premium, sleek look and feel while also making it more resistant to wear and tear. The drive feels sturdy enough to handle daily use, and I don’t worry about tossing it into my bag alongside other gear.4. Password Protection: The included SanDisk SecureAccess software allows for password protection, which is a nice bonus if you’re storing sensitive or personal information. Setting it up was simple, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my data is secure.5. Heat Management: While the metal casing looks great and is durable, it does get warm during prolonged transfers. This isn’t a major issue for most tasks, but something to note if you’re using it for long periods.Pros:• Impressive transfer speeds, ideal for large files or frequent data transfers.• Ample 128GB storage for documents, media, and backups.• Durable, sleek metal casing that feels premium and sturdy.• Password protection feature adds an extra layer of security.• Compact and easily portable.Cons:• Heats up during large or extended transfers, though it cools down quickly afterward.• Some users may prefer a cap to protect the USB connector, though the durable design minimises the risk of damage.Final Verdict:The SanDisk 128GB Ultra Flair USB 3.0 Flash Drive is an excellent blend of speed, durability, and capacity. It’s perfect for those who need fast data transfers and secure storage in a portable, stylish package. Despite some minor heat buildup during heavy use, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a high-performance USB stick for work or personal use.

Very happy with my purchase
I’ve been using this flash drive for a few months now, and I have to say, it’s been a solid performer. It’s a good, reliable option if you need something portable for storing and transferring files. The connectivity is one of the first things I noticed. It’s a USB 3.0 drive, so file transfers are pretty quick—up to 150 MB/s for larger files, which is much faster than older USB 2.0 drives I’ve used in the past. That said, it works with USB 2.0 ports too, so even if you’re on an older computer, it’ll still get the job done, just at a slower speed. It can get warm when transferring large files, but hasn't felt worryingly hot, and cools down quickly. The metal construction is also a nice touch. It has a sleek, minimalist look, and the metal feels sturdy without being heavy. I've dropped it a few times (oops!) and it hasn’t shown any signs of damage. In terms of value for money, it’s definitely worth it for the price. You’re getting 128GB of storage, which is plenty for a mix of documents, photos, and some larger files like videos. I didn’t find the price to be too high for the amount of space and speed you’re getting. As for format capability, I didn’t have any issues with compatibility. I’ve used it with both Windows and macOS, and it worked without any need to reformat it, since it’s pre-formatted with exFAT.All in all, this flash drive is a reliable, no-frills USB stick that has worked out well for me.

Beautifully made, tiny, effective.
I bought this on a lightning deal, and paid around £15 for it.What surprised me first of all was how tiny this was. I've had flash drives before, but none as small as this one, especially considering its size. It's hard to believe that it can hold 128 Gb...So, this is a nice shiny, metallic, tiny flash drive. It looks cool. And it works fine.I suspect that, like me, most people will not be too bothered about transfer rates, read/write speeds and so on. If a product does what it's claimed to, and does it reliably and consistently, then that will be fine. It's only the hardened professional that will really need to know the fine detail. And I for one am not qualified to tell you all the technical stuff. All I can tell you is how it really works for me.In the main, I use it when I'm working on Photoshop files - often very large layered PSD files in excess of 50Mb. They transfer quickly to this flash drive, and without any fuss (I use it in a USB hub). I also use it to store text files - I'm working on a very large document in excess of 300 pages. Again, everything transfers and saves quickly and easily, without any delay, and the files open quickly when I want them to. To be honest, that's about all I need to know. When I'm working, all I want is to get on with what I'm doing, without any distractions about how quickly the flash drive is working. I simply need to know that the flash drive works when I want it to, and that it won't let me down. And I know this anyway...it's a SanDisk after all.I've been using it almost continuously, for four or five hours a day, for the last four months. It works. I'm happy. That's about all there is to say. Oh, and it gets a bit warm if you use it a lot. Not hot, just slightly warm. But then, they all do.One final point. It comes with a secure password-protected system so that, if your flash drive should fall into someone else's hands, they won't be able to access your private data. I was initially impressed with this - in fact it's probably partly why I bought it, that and the fact that it was a SanDisk - but to be honest, it's just more bother to use than I really want. So I've chosen not to use the secure locker part of the drive, electing instead to use it without any security. But the fact that this option remains open to me, should I ever need to use it in the future, is still a nice feature. In summary, it's a nice little flash drive, and it works fine. It's not the most amazing bargain of all time. But for the money, it gives you a whole lot of secure storage for your money. It seems solid and well made, and it's got the SanDisk name behind it. That's really all you need to know.Would I recommend it? Always.I hope you've found this brief review useful.
