White Neti Pot and 300g Himalayan fine salt

cheap and does the job --- some people may or not know --- that when you get a sniffle --- that is the time to attack it at the source --- THE NOSE --- before it truly gets into the system --- as example chest infection --- and full on cold --- it comes with himalyan salt --- but i just used regular salt --- always remember --- to boil the waer --- VERY IMPORTANT --- as there can be bacteria in tap water --- water in the pan -- boil --- add salt -- and mix in let water cool down -- and use --- when the water is tepid --(luke warm) -- not hot --:))

The Netty Pot itself is great vaue, I wanted a plastic one as it`s more than likely going to be dropped and it`s small size makes it light during uses, It hold between 125-150ml and i can alternate between both nostrils 4 times on one fill.One negative is the salt is very gritty according to another review so i bought some coffee filters and they gets clogged very quickly with pink residue, If this salt unfiltered would cause any health problems i do not know but i am happier filtering it out.

As far as neti pots go, it is absolutely fine, as good as any other put at a lower price, plus it comes with a good supply of salt. However, regarding neti pots in general I did not experience the benefits I was led to expect from it. I was told it would help with my sneezing and blocked nose but it did not help at all, and it is also faff to prepare (you have to boil a kettle then wait for the water to cool down to the right temperature) so not much use if you are right in the middle of a sneezing fit. I just ended up with water in strange places in my ear, and still had a stuffy nose.

Salt no good as hard and lumpy. Could not use the salt in the potty.

Unfit for purpose; too small & so not suitable as the half litre one

Cheap as chips and did the job for me, would recommend to anyone.

As a nasal wash excellent, easy to use. Not to obtrusive. Good product along with the salt, fair and reasonably priced.
