Works fine. Why are these $14 though?
Great little wdt tool. Nothing to write home about. But if you don't want to make your own this is a fine option. Not sure why they're $15 though. All of these tools on Amazon are worth $5 but...here we are.

Beautiful WTD tool
The media could not be loaded. This WDT tool is perfect for espresso, and it is very nice to have a cap to protect the fine wires from bending. Highly recommend.

Too small to do its job
It feels like a quality product, but here are cheaper, better options on Amazon. This one is a little too small to actually help break up clumps and evenly distribute coffee.

It does the opposite of what it's supposed to.
The prongs on the tool are too close together so it ends up clumping your grounds together instead of distributing them.You can't just bend the prongs outward to make extra room because the needles rotate, so if you bend it it just ends up in a worse mess.

Well made, easy to use and looks good. Handy to have a case/cover to prevent damage.

Not durable
My experience is the same to other reviewers in that after one week, the some of the needles became loose in their setting do now sit at weird angles. Meaning you have two needle point right next to each other, and you can't fit back onto the sleeve easily. I would avoid this one

Disappointing
When first opening it, the tool feels nice and solid, like a quality item, but that is deceiving.The first problem was that the needles are too close together. Instead of distributing the coffee, it just pushes it around.Second, the lid doesn’t fit well. It takes effort and a lot of twisting to get the the cap to go back on.Finally, after about a week of use, the needles came loose and began to splay and twist around. It looks awful and doesn’t fit in the cap anymore, but ironically it works better like this than it did before it broke.The quality of the product is not equal to its price. I recommend to AVOID.
