reliable
Strong parts and easy to install.

Better than I expected. Easy to install.
The only improvement I could suggest is some kind of trim plate for installation above a drop ceiling. In this install the customer wanted the TV located in front of the window. There was no wall to mount on and a drop ceiling. I had to construct above ceiling structure using 2x4 beams across the room stiffened with strips of 3/4 plywood. I put a 3/4 plywood platform on top of the 2x4s and through bolted the mount to that. I used a hole saw to gently cut a hole in the ceiling tile (by hand). Even though the hole was perfectly round and very close to the clearance needed for the pole to go through, there is no finish trim plate to cover this hole. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a 1 3/4" plumbing eschusion to finish off the install. Unfortunately this pic doesn't show it. I was afraid these mounts would be to light gauge because of the low price. Was I surprised. Reasonable Heavy gayge steel way more than sturdy enough to hold these 50" TVs. More profit in my pocket!

Vague instructions
Works well. Instructions vague.

Well made but didn’t work outdoors for me.
So I installed a 75 inch tv outside on my patio. The instructions were clear and it went up easy but after it was installed it just wasn’t sturdy enough for my outdoor application due to the wind. Indoors I could see it working great. So in saying that I still give it 4 stars as the product seems well made and good for indoor use, just not what I needed.

Swiveling & Suspended from the ceiling
Absolutely love!! this was competitively priced, arrived on time, as well as had easy instructions and all parts were included. We love that we can swivel the TV depending on where we are in the room. The best part is since it’s suspended from the ceilings the dogs are unable to get to the TV when animals are being displayed. Now they sit below it and bark. I would buy it again and I would recommend this TV amount to others.

I would not hang a 99 pound TV on this
I have this mounted in my man cave. I used the supplied hardware to bolt to a ceiling joist. This TV is a Samsung 75 inch and the manual says it weighs 67 pounds. As others have said, no matter how tight the tilt bolts are, the TV will not stay level. I'm not sure how I can fix this. Why it's rated for 99 pounds, I'm not sure but the tilt at that weight would make it unusable.
