The short form chassis was perfect for my caravan

I entered in search engine 12/24 volt radioAs it was going into a 24volt truckI never checked the voltage of the radio as I expected 12/24 voltThink you know what’s coming next plugged in the radio it didn’t work the radio was 12 voltSo it blew the radio fuseVery disappointing as the radio is just what I was looking for .

The radio is terrible. Won't pick up FM/AM despite trying the original aerial and 2 after market ones, and different locations. DAB is hit and miss, again, tried 2 aerials on this one. Every power cycle it goes to white noise and not what it was on before. Settings have been sorted fully and it's fitted properly. I am an auto electrician by trade and if I sound this to a customer it would have been back like a boomerang. Very annoyed. Can't contact seller for refund or replacement. Big shame as unit when I've got it on what it needs to be us great.
