My cf3 filter arrived and it has no fittings for the back to fit to the fishtank. When i try to order replacement it only gives me the option for refu

I’ve got the same problem ~ no backplate rendering the whole thing useless! The only option I have is return it but I don’t want to go to all that trouble as I’m housebound..

Got my filter yesterday with no back parts to filter can i get these sent to me or can i buy them seprate dose anyone know? Thank you

Of its brand new check the box and inside the filter itself I thought I was missing bits until I checked everything if not return it and ask for a replacement

How do i put the suction cups back on?

If you look on the back you will see a hole and a thin line push it in then slide up. These keeps cups attached as they get wedged by the thinner part of the filter.
